Dave provided a fantastic service. He listened to what we wanted, was able to offer sound advice to guide us and delivered exactly what we wanted. His service was efficient and friendly. What I really liked was the attention to detail, for example noting that some of our existing power sockets were missing front panels and so fitting them has he went along. I was also impressed with the fact that I found a product that I wanted fitted (Smart LED strip) and he was able to adapt it exactly to our requirements after he had done some research with the product provider. Fantastic. Velocity will be my first call next time we want anymore changes. This time it was retrofitting LED downlights in the kitchen, and fitting new lighting and power sockets.
