C.Murray and mechanics fantastic service, office lady needs more people skills going out to workshop and asking if a vehicle is ready would be part of the service I would think, other than that great job done as normal.
A.It's OK but found parts on car broken. Called in to discuss but too busy to help. Was given manager's business card. Will probably find a new mechanic
L.Ended up being a big job with a price tag. But with everything broken down, parts and labour, was sound pricing and great job, had to return for a new battery and they gave me what I needed and was away in 10min. no time wasting shopping around looking for the best price, these guys already have it and know what you need. The service at the reception is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks my van runs like it should now. Definatly will return, hopefully just to say my van still runs great. Recommend

I.Excellent service above and beyond the call of duty. Our trip would have been ruined if it was not for Murray and the team. Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout our experience.
P.Rang in yesterday to talk about a trickle charger, and one of the staff was super helpful and ordered one in. My car had a dead battery so he suggested to call in my Roadside rescue (They are a State RR contractor) when it came in, and they would come out, start the car and show me how to connect the charger. Excellent!!
I got a text the following day saying the charger had come in, so I rang State to get the ball rolling, then called A&M to let them know. Thats when the trouble started.... I explained this all to the person who answered the phone, but she kept on asking me how I was going to pay for this. TBH, I hadn't thought of that yet, but she kept on asking me how I was going to pay and that they couldn't do anything.
I gave up and said I'd come in and pay for it and sort it out later. This review isn't about paying, but the way she spoke to me and did not offer one single solution, but kept on asking 'How are you going to pay'. There was no assistance offered at all. After the contrasting previous days experience, this was hugely disappointing.
When the RR technician came out to start the car not long after, he was great, helpful and very very quick. So, 5 stars for you and the person I dealt with yesterday. Zero stars for the rude person on the phone today.
P.Murray helped us out tremendously. Our motorhome had brake problems. Murray lent us a car and let us set up our motorhome so we could stay in it overnight. he got the parts from Napier and fitted them so we were able to be on our way by 11:30 the next day. R.Top shelf service from start to finish. Incredibly friendly and capable staff, and WOW these guys can work fast when time is not on your side. Great central location too, but be sure to follow instruction on where to park, as they can get pretty crowded in the workshop area. I find myself wishing I could give them five-and-a-half stars ….
T.Our car broke down twice in Hastings. First broke down we called to book a service with Ansin and Monteith. They were very helpful and professional. At our second time Murray even picked up our phone during new year holiday and came to helped us immediately. They are very kind and we will definitely recommend their service to our friends.
G.Update as of April. Issues with oil leak. Contacted them about issue and fixed the problem and also gave me a loan car. A big thumbs up for that.
February 2020: issues with replaced transmission. Fixing and all good

K.Well, they specialize in electronics, not repairs. They do wof as well, and a quote fpr repairs if it fails can take a few days.
