Had a issue with the repair and these guys have gone above and beyond to remedy it.

S.True professionals who know what they're doing. James the auto electrician sorted a relay out for my campervan with very clean electric work. The ladies at the store front Shelley and Barbara-Ann were very helpful. The shop is fairly priced, compared to the rip off shops out there. Would recommend.
P.We were on holiday, and broke down. Shelley and the team got us in the right direction for accommodation, rental car, at the same time as they were pricing the repair. Within 2hrs, we knew all our options and could carry on with our holiday. Great service and a friendly team made the whole experience easier. Highly recommend.
T.Guys from Total automotive are the best! Thanks to them we can continue with our trip around NZ with feeling that we actually have our van fixed. We came to them with weird sound coming from our engine, they took some extra time for the right diagnoses which saved us a lot of troubles, time and money as well. Those guys know what they are doing and they are happy to explain what is wrong and how they want to fix it, just everything you need from automotive. Ladies at the office are also very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. If I can I would give them more than five stars! Thank you very much for everything you have done for us!
M.We came in with a radiator leak. After waiting at a competitor for a full day for a radiator to arrive on order. Total automotive diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road same day for far less than the competition had quoted us. They seemed to have a better understanding of our issues as well. They explained our options clearly and didn't dance around how much it would cost. Thank you, 5 stars!
S.Got a quote for a towbar. I gave my registration number and received quote via text next day of $1,318. Went to another place and paid $515 all up.
M.Our sliding door won't open anymore. We asked to fix this if it would be a quick and cheap fix and also did an oil change.
Unfortunately it wasn't easy and we decided not to fix it.
