Laser had electrician Martina out there on the same day and she had the problem identified and all fixed as quickly as possible, our guests had HW again all within a few hours. Just great.
Invoice well constructed so we can see all the part charges, which I like to know also, even the brand of HW element required, so we can arrange to have a replacement on hand for next time.
