F.I read some other post indicating people from out-of-town would be treated worse...Well with my German accent it is very obvious I come from far out of town and my experience with Kaitaia Auto Electrical is nothing else than positive! I have an old 2003 VW Golf that didn´t want to start properly anymore and nobody else in town was able to scan the onboard computer. It took Chris just a few minutes to do the scan, check the scan result (broken airflow meter) and make me a quote for replacement. Only after the successful repair I knew he had been spot-on and what impressed me most: He said from the beginning the repair itself would only be a 15 minute job and he did indeed only charge me 20 NZD for labour! Very competent, very fair! Forget about that alien conspiracy....
