Our technician was fabulous. From calling to advise he was delayed right through to tidying his workspace at the end of the job. He was polite and helpful. He was also good company while working steadily through the long list and putting up with lots of disruptions. All electrical bits are working well now!

We had 21 LED Lights White & Chrome to in store in our home, the Electrician did exactly what we wanted. I would recommend JMAC Electrical any day. Great Service, fast and efficient, no mucking around. Just Awesome work. Update 8/9/2020 Thankyou Jeremy for the work you did this Morning and for setting up of the pendulum lights its Awesome.

I have mixed reviews for this place, the job got done within a short time and really worked to a tight schedule. However, the lack of communicating our invoice would be an extra $1000 then quoted came as a surprise. Make sure you get any variations in writing and ensure you are across the details of any increase :(

I have dealt with J Mac for many years. Their team is so helpful and very friendly. Their service is very prompt. I would not hesitate to direct any customer with a Parmco appliance to them to service our product. Parmco a top quality 100% owned company with a seven year warranty.

The electrician Mitchell was great. He was on time, followed level 3 protocols, cleaned up his work area, and was professional and courteous. I will definitely keep JMACs contact details for the next time I need an electrician.

This was the first time I had used JMAC and I was delighted with the service. Jeremy arrived on time, was friendly and very helpful. He speedily installed my new bathroom heater and then assessed and repaired my outside security lights. I will certainly be heading back to them anytime I have future work needing to be done

Jmac were just brilliant. Was able to get a booking promptly (great booking system online) and the repair to my light switch and oven took no time at all. Friendly and courteous electrician, and cost a bit less than I thought. Pleasant surprise! Will make these guys my go to, thanks so much.

I requested JMA Electrical to check/review my electric glass fusing kiln. They had never been asked to check one before, but unlike some others I had approached they were willing to give it a go.... which is all I was asking for as it was imported from the USA and returning for a service was clearly not appropriate. Hamish spent time and checked and reviewed everything... the kiln is running again. We also discussed a follow up plan. Delighted with the friendly and efficient service from the first phone call. I would certainly recommend.

I had the thermostat on my hot water tank replaced. Job done quickly and well, although it got put off until the next day because of another job.

Fast service! I called up about a broken extractor fan in the bathroom that I'd been living with for months, and they were able to send someone around within the hour. They replaced the fan and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Super polite staff. Would 100% use again.

The electrician turned up a few minutes before the scheduled time and phoned me to check in. He was polite and efficient, quickly finding the fault and replacing the faulty part. He explained clearly what the problem was and tidied up after himself before leaving. I asked for his card so I could use the company again.

Fantastic service. Had 5 lights replaced within an hour and a half and that included Adrian driving to the supplier to get them. Will definitely use JMAC again.

JMAC came to the rescue at short notice when another electrician delivered an epic fail. They provided good and quick service at a reasonable cost.

The sparkie that came out listened to my suggestion for what I needed to sort installing a new rangehood that I bought which had a different plug. He then gave me a suggestion that was cheaper, and installed the rangehood itself. Saved me time and money, couldn't ask for better value than that. Will absolutely use JMAC in the future.
