We couldn't have wished for a better provider for our off grid solar installation. Laura and the team have been incredibly responsive and informative over the year long process from when we first brought our lifestyle block to the installation. There have been multiple examples during that time of fantastic service that this review would end up being pages long to list them all ! If you are looking for a team to work with to achieve energy self sufficiency ..then look no further than Ecoefficient.

Great experience. Very easy to deal with from initial call, to instillation, to final inspection. These guys make is simple and hassle free, and I'm very glad I went with them. Our solar system is pumping out close to 5 kw/hr, so the house is easily covered (1kw/hr average) and we are making our own power, what's not to like?

After my 50 year old water cylinder finally called it quits I asked around and a close friend of mine suggested that I follow his lead and give Ecoefficient Solutions a call. Anna Saxton promptly sent me the required reading and specs as well as a site visit and the upgrade was in motion very quickly. Anna assisted me in acquiring a smaller system that would match my apartments needs and had it shipped especially as requested. The guys from Devine plumbing were quick, clean and courteous and had the new system in and operating in 7 hours. A very positive experience with the team at Ecoefficient and D-Mak. Communication and timeframes were outstanding during the project. From initial contact to site visit with Laura & Dan to installed system (20 panel, 3P inverter, import/export meter) was only six weeks - Not bad considering tradie workload and product shipping delay issues during these COVID times. The only thing NOT going to plan is that famed Hawke's Bay weather! Although, I don't hold Ecoefficient responsible for that.

Got the hot water heat pump installed. Very good pressure and it will be interesting to see if the claims are true about the energy savings. Would recommend these guys for people in the market for a new hot water cylinder

The team is very helpful , fast replys with questions I had, the boys out in the hot sun installing the the panels.. very impressive, highly recommend!

I had these guys install a hot water heat pump. In the lead up, they answered any questions I had, the site visit was fairly quick, and even the work done on the day by the installers was done in a timely fashion. I can't make much comment on the council funding process as we used our lending bank (at the time they had better interest rates than the council was offering) but Ecoefficient already had the forms necessary should I want that option and were available to help fill them out and I think even file them on behalf.

Awesome work quick and fast once they were able to start the mahi. Took a few months before they could start, but this was out of there hands because of covid and lockdown. Awesome communication with Claire. I would recommend u guys to any friends or whanau. You a happy whanau here 😁❤

A smooth well coordinated top class solar install by the Ecoefficient team and Callum who worked in cold harsh weather to complete the job. Liv was invaluable initially with excellent advice and Anna was impressive with the admin/power change over. The Trina panels are superior to others and the SolaX Delta inverter has the latest technical info. The solar analytics daily graphics monitor more than required but are valuable for home appliance management. I can highly recommend this company and can see why they have won many small business awards

We first met Laura and her team at the Rotorua Home Show. She came out to see us the next day and gave us a quote, which wasn't the cheapest although it was competitive. We chose Ecoefficient Solutions in the end due, in part to the product, but also their friendly, no hassle but professional practice. Laura designed our system to suit our requirements by thinking outside the box. The system was then completed well within the quoted time frame and within budget. Laura went to a lot of effort to answer all our questions before, during and after installation. There was never any sales talk but just accurate and to the point replies. We are so pleased with our new Hot Water Heat Pump. We thought this was too good to be true but it's TRUE! Our water pressure was so poor, it took 20 minutes to run the bath and the shower was pathetic. Now you can't get me out of the shower - our pressure has increased by, at least, threefold. We had a prompt and hassle free install and and highly recommend Ecoefficient and their product.

I am really impressed with how Ecoefficient Solutions dealt with the whole installation of my solar PV system – from the initial planning and quotation stages, right through to the completion of the install. The entire process was seamless. Laura and the team listened to everything that I wanted to achieve, and came up with a system to best match my needs. The system basically halved my power bill, and has exceeded my calculations from the start. I've had a few questions since the install, and Laura has been a great point of contact, answering everything very quickly. It is nearly two years, to the day, that Ecoefficient installed 10 Jinko solar panels and a Fronius inverter in Tauranga. During that time we have had a fault develop with our system after a connector failed up on the roof. A fault can occur with any equipment and it is important that there is local support for the product. Throughout the fault finding process, Laura and her team communicated, found the fault and remedied it, efficiently and effectively. We love the product, the service and the greater team behind Ecoefficient. I recommend their service.
