b.To the everyday non-trady it is likely you will not find fair prices here. I was told "Don't worry we'll look after you" and then charged three times its worth for some TPS cable. It's cheaper at Mitre Ten - and that's saying something. Friendly service on the front, mind you, but disappointed to be told I'd be looked after when I was clearly being taken advantage of.
