K.Hi just had Bluewater Solar fit our new Solar system. The workmen were very respectful and kept me fully informed of what they were doing (When the electric would be off/ when they would be drilling etc so there were no nasty surprises). Everything was clearly labelled and the running of the new system was explained to me. They put covers on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves. The fitting went very smoothly and a lot quicker than I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Kim

A.Jon responded quickly, gave us great obligation free advice and very competitive quote for a solar system on the roof of our extension. Good to get Jon involved early in a build as this allowed us to allow conduits for the cables and the correct structure to support the panel on the roof. Would recommend Bluewater.

K.Jon installed our Solar Edge System in Dec Jan and our Battery Backup we found him to be very helpful and a very professional job. We would recommend him to anyone.
C.When deciding to ditch my 6 tiered lead acid batteries in favor of a Mastervolt Lion battery. Mastervolt put me in contact with Jon from Bluewater Electrics to do the install. The process was a bit more complex than I expected requiring a more robust alternator and a fair bit of decluttering and some rewiring , Jon handled the whole job well and his áftersales' contact showed a genuine concern to make sure everything was working how it should be and that I was happy. The Mastervolt system has proved to work well (was 660 amp hours lead acid now 360 amp hours Lion)faster charging and discharge down to 20% or below.
I now have a reliable contact for all my on-board electrics. Cheers Jon.

M.We've been operating a yacht charter business for the past 10 years and started using Bluewater a few years ago for all our electrical servicing. Whether it's an urgent early morning repair run to Havelock, or redesigning a system to improve efficiency, he's a fantastic electrician. Coupled with excellent customer service, we won't use anyone else.
S.Jon from Bluewater Electrics recently installed our fairly comprehensive PV (solar) system, travelling from Nelson to Renwick to do so. He kept us informed regarding time frames and was happy to answer questions, made useful suggestions and was generally very pleasant and helpful.
