A.Efficient and tidy work. Also some problems due by the fittings I supplied were creatively solved
J.As a property manager, it has been difficult to find a company who will attend to small jobs which arise in rental properties. Laser are fantastic and the jobs are scheduled within a good time frame to keep tenants happy. Their communication is A1 and they very friendly. A pleasure to deal with A+++ Highly recommend
c.Very professional. Good communication relating to time of arrival. Original plan axed as they had an emergency call out so rescheduled for following Monday. Said they would be at my home at 8.30am ad they were. Replaced and rewired denister mirrors on vanity units. Asked if they could fit a sensor to existing outdoor light. Said yes but couldn't do it today but a couple of hours later got a call saying they had a window of opportunity to do it in next hour if I was around. Said yes. Arrived, sensor fitted and works perfectly. Lovely team of Matt and Toby. Even swept up after themselves. Would recommend.
m.Got Laser to supply and install heat pump. Were very helpful, courteous, punctual and tidy. Gave some good advice on other work we will get them to do. We also thought the cost was very good also as was an internal install and others hummed and hared about it.
L.These guys were responsive and friendly from very first contact and throughout the job. They were knowledgeable of their products, and left us with lighting we're thrilled with. Thanks so much, Laser.
