Andrew and his team installed a new heat pump in our bedroom, and it is impressive. It was such a professional install, friendly and tidy; they turned up on time and left no mess whatsoever. If anyone is thinking about anything electrical for their home or work, then these are the guys to trust to get the job done right. Excellent competitive pricing as well.

These guys are awesome, got an appointment quite quickly for them to come and visit the house, and received the quote quickly as well. Great communication from Gem as to when they could come and install. Andrew and Luke were on time and very professional and friendly. Good instructions given as to how to operate and clean the heat pumps. Would definitely recommend them.

First time using this company and couldn't fault their service. We had two heat pumps serviced and Luke was on time, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Excellent communication, highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Andrew and the Team at All Electrical are awesome, a few years ago he installed a stove for us, on a public holiday even, and he has since installed 5 or 6 heat pumps for us as well as lots of other electrical work. We work as full time house renovators so having trust worthy and dependable trades people is a must, and that is definitely the team at All Electrical

I booked an appointment for a quote to install a heat pump and heat transfer unit. After no turn up for 3/4's of an hour I would have thought a call to me to say they would be late would be at least good manners. I called to see what had gone wrong. I was told he will be with you in 5 minutes. He arrived, did the inspection and told me I would get the quote by tomorrow afternoon....... I'm am no longer waiting. After 3 weeks I have gone with another installer. I really do have to edit my comments after the the prompt response to my original review above. To the absolute credit of this Company , within an hour or so of my comments being posted they were on my doorstep with the quote and an apology. It seems that the email address they had for me may have been wrong. The quote presented to me was in the vicinity of others so would have stood a chance. I strongly commend 'All Electrical' for their prompt response to my criticism and will definitely consider them for any future electrical work.

Excellent work, had a heat pump installed by Andrew from all electrical he was was great. Very informative and professional. I would defanitly use again. Hightly recommend.
