Andrew and his team installed a new heat pump in our bedroom, and it is impressive. It was such a professional install, friendly and tidy; they turned up on time and left no mess whatsoever. If anyone is thinking about anything electrical for their home or work, then these are the guys to trust to get the job done right. Excellent competitive pricing as well.

These guys are awesome, got an appointment quite quickly for them to come and visit the house, and received the quote quickly as well. Great communication from Gem as to when they could come and install. Andrew and Luke were on time and very professional and friendly. Good instructions given as to how to operate and clean the heat pumps. Would definitely recommend them.

I booked an appointment for a quote to install a heat pump and heat transfer unit. After no turn up for 3/4's of an hour I would have thought a call to me to say they would be late would be at least good manners. I called to see what had gone wrong. I was told he will be with you in 5 minutes. He arrived, did the inspection and told me I would get the quote by tomorrow afternoon....... I'm am no longer waiting. After 3 weeks I have gone with another installer. I really do have to edit my comments after the the prompt response to my original review above. To the absolute credit of this Company , within an hour or so of my comments being posted they were on my doorstep with the quote and an apology. It seems that the email address they had for me may have been wrong. The quote presented to me was in the vicinity of others so would have stood a chance. I strongly commend 'All Electrical' for their prompt response to my criticism and will definitely consider them for any future electrical work.
