A.Got my old pioneer amp back after I blew th IC, putting too much volume thru it. Took a long time to get parts in country, but great to have it back working!

B.I had an interesting experience with these guys. I rang and asked them about a possible repair to my TV. I was put off by the person that answered the phone. He was not an asset to the business. After looking around at other businesses I did end up back with them. They were helpful with advice for the repair and ordered the part. But it then took 3 weeks after the part ended up at their wrong store. Communication was zero from them. We had to keep following up to find out what was happening. Eventually we got the TV back. There have been no further problems and I thought the price was resonable.
L.Quick service, repair service completed and returned the item with in 24 hours. Item was not properly cleaned post repair and scuff marks were present on the display screen however a cloth was given to clean it.
D.Top people. Fixed my tele at a very reasonable price to. Highly recommend
H.Fast turn over on products on guarantee from jb hifi, wouldn't recommend taking 10 year+ old equipment in as they can't fix. Great service etc
