B.Awesome services from Chris. Had no hot water on a Friday before long weekend. Rung a couple places who without looking at the hot water cylinder advised I needed a new one and quoted $2000-$3000. Rung Chris who came to look at the cylinder within the hour and advised the cylinder element needed replacement. Took the time to explain the problem and priced under $300. Was clear, no hidden costs, highly recommend.
