P.I had a power board upgrade.; a ducted heat pump installed; down lights installed in several rooms as well power points added and upgraded . Jamie was a pleasure to deal with. Very good communication - let me know when he would there and was always prompt. Was helpful and informative. Took care in his work. Happy with everything. I.I cannot recommend Jamie and his team at Thermalvolt highly enough for his help in selecting and installing a Hitachi heat pump at my elderly mothers home. From start to finish the process was made super easy and fast with excellent communications and courtesy for Mum. The job has been completed before I have even had a response to my enquiries to two other main players in the market!

M.I have a roofing business and have used Jamie on several jobs involving heat pumps removal and reinstatement and other minor electrical work. He does great work and is well priced, he always sticks to our agreed schedule. My own customers have commented on his fair pricing and attention to detail. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.
J.Jamie is professional, responsive, friendly and thorough. He came around the beginning of the week to check my house and by the Saturday he had my brand new unit installed. I am very satisfied and happy with his work. He also made sure that all the electrics were up to standard, he recommended a fix and got it sorted. L.This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from quoting through to completion of the job. The advice given was not only professional but explained in such a way that I understood exactly what was needed. We had to have 2 heat pumps installed and one of our rooms was complicated by many glass walls, they made sure that I was able to find a solution for this space and sited the unit perfectly. They also completed some minor repairs and socket relocations for better use such as positioning them behind tv wall brackets. The job was priced very competitively and work was completed in a timely. clean and professional manner. I can't recommend them highly enough and will most definitely use their services for any future work we require.
R.We recently had our roof replaced. Before we could do this we needed to move an existing heat pump that was positioned on a second story wall and which was also vibrating the wall when it was running. Jamie from Thermalvolt undertook the move for us. He suggested the best location to which to move the unit and worked in with the roofers and builder to ensure the job was done as the new location was on a garage roof that was also being re-roofed. Jamie installed new fittings, moved the unit on the new garage roof with the result that we now have a heat pump that is extremely quiet and no longer vibrating. We are very happy with the work Jamie did, the cost of the work and the way he fitted in with other contractors. We would definitely use Jamie (Thermalvolt) again.
A.Jaime and Joe modernized our old 1910's switchboard. To sort through the spaghetti junction of wires in less than 2 days is a testament of their abilities and experience. They also went above and beyond to fix any additional wiring faults in the house to make sure everything was in order and safe. Highly recommend these guys and will surely call on them again in future!
