I had an issue with electrical connections at home. This was on a Sunday. I called Jordon hesitantly thinking that I may not get response from him on a Sunday. But, he answered my call and said that he will guide me over phone first to fix the issue. If not solved, then he will visit my home. I followed his instructions over phone and it was found that the issue was with a faulty kettle not the electrical circuit.
He is knowledgeable and have tons of patience to explain to layman like me to get the things done remotely. Unlike other service technicians, he didn’t bother talking commercials before providing advise. In fact, he did not take fee for this service at all
