C.Middle of the road as my first experience with them was as Auto Super Shoppe (Taupo), not Ace Automotive. They fixed my problem fast and didn't break the bank. So I naturally called them back when my usually reliable car's engine light came on. Sadly can't use them any more as someone in management decided that they weren't going to offer customer's a courtesy car anymore. And they couldn't even give me an idea of how long their diagnostic scan would take. This is all I got after waiting 5 hours for reception to "call me back about it". So what's a single car family living in an area with absolutely no public transport and working over 10km away from home meant to do? This is what! Here I go, walking away from you Auto Super Shoppe... Hear my shoes walking out your door....Next stop one of your many competitors!
