Just wanted to say, K&M electrical, completed some work for us this week. (Replacing 32 different light fittings ) What a positive experience from start to finish. The lady on the phone was super friendly, helpful and efficient. They turned up to quote, professional, on time , explaining everything as they went. Quote arrived via email within hours. It was very detailed and thorough. So no confusion as to what we were getting and for how much. Once accepted, it was booked in really quickly, and the two men arrived on time, got the job done, cleaning up every stage as they went. They were extremely professional in their appearance and behaviour from the moment they arrived until they finished. Their pricing was considerably competitive against 3 others I’d received. So I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Thank you K&M and all involved, for a really first class, professional experience. As business owners ourselves, it’s really good to see that level of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness from the first contact to the last. Well done to you and your staff. Absolutely fantastic service, super impressed and grateful to the team at K&M. Not only did they come out incredibly promptly, they fixed both the problems I had (lighting and hob elements) with excellent communication and friendly service. They turned what I thought was going to be complicated and difficult into simple, fast and efficient. Thank you to all your team who worked together to get our stuff fixed. Could not have been happier with Matt and this company. Lost hot water on the Friday before a long weekend!! Called many electricians who advertised 24/7 service and no one would come!!! No one!! Matt returned my call and we made a time for him to come. He turned up on the dot, located the problem, organised a plumber and job was sorted the same day. Had visitors arriving so he really saved my bacon! Many thanks to Matt, Darren and K and M electrical.

Matt and his team are awesome. We do not live in Tauranga and he managed the electrical work on our rental in a quick and professional manner. K&M Electrical go above and beyond to provide great service. I'd recommend to anyone.

We engaged Matt to install some CAT6 Data Cables. We found that he understood the requirements perfectly when we asked him to also patch things in to upgrade the service from ADSL to NBN. We found him to be extremely efficient and value for money and was always on time. His communications either by phone or by email were very prompt and professional. The quality of his work was second to none. Thank You so much Matt. You are on our books forever.

We engaged Matt to move a power meter. Matt organized Electrical Inspectors, completed the project and provided COC documentation. The project was completed on time, within quoted price and all safety checks undertaken. The service was exceptional and appreciated as we live 2.5hrs away. We highly recommend Matt and his team for any electrical project.

K&M supplied and installed a new rangehood and a new bathroom extractor fan in our rental property in March. Communication and workmanship was excellent but we were disappointed to find that we were mistakenly charged for materials that were neither necessary nor supplied. K&M subsequently reduced our bill by some $500 but this kind of mistake should not happen.

Matt is one of the best electricians I know. I work in Landscaping and he did a amazing job on one of my clients gardens lighting and water feature, really comprehensive and thoughtful. Big thanks to Matt and his team .

These guys are incredible. They turn up on time with a smile and get straight into it. They explain what they are doing as they do their work and are very friendly. They also do a follow up to ensure that there are no problems and that your happy. They also went out of their way to get me a plumber to do a job, and kept in touch to ensure l was happy. I did not think that service like this still existed, and done at a very good rate. I cant praise them enough, top marks for a top company.

As K&M say on their web site they have reliable electrical systems, dependable service. I found them very quick with their quoting and they showed up to carry out the required work when they said they would. To me that's reliable and dependable. Thank you K&M very much appreciated.
