C.From the first phone call, Dobson's were able to put me at ease. I was under stress when the septic tank pump failed on my recently installed septic tank system. The installers were unable to assist so it was Dobson's who mediated between the original installers and the insurance company to replace the submersible pump with 24 hours. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
R.Dobsons were great. We had them come out a few separate times for separate repairs / installations. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
