A.Kevin and the team responded to my call that the wires running into my house had been hit by the contractors installing a gas pipe. They arrived within the hour and then worked around the gas contractors to get the power back. In the end they had to respond and return twice more as the gas contractor hit the cable again. Kevin and his apprentice even had to work late to get the power back on after the second strike.
