D.Chevi did an exceptional job at our property. We have two buildings with one 'Three-phase' outdoor main on our property. One of the phases was failing causing a dozen power outages on one of the buildings within a period of 6-8 months. The other phases were in working order and power was still on in the other building whilst the other had no power. We had Vector frequently come and inspect, reinstall a new fuse on the power poll and put the blame on us! Saying we were using too much power, the outdoor main is too old, we need a new switch board etc. We had one of their recommended sparkys come to check out our main switch board and he quoted us $2500 to get the power back on and fix the problem. However, I wanted a second opinion. I prayed and I was lead to the 'No cowboys' website and found Rickard Electrical within our proximity (West Auckland).
Chevi came on time, did thorough tests, checked all the mains (inside and outside), ran a loop test to find that the problem was NOT us, but the power poll (Vector). He called Vector on our behalf and explained the problem and told us to give him a call when Vector comes or calls. Vector came and I called Chevi and he was explaining the results he found from his testing and gave calculated and professional rebuttals to all of Vectors excuses. 'Miraculously' Vector found the problem on their end and they fixed their own problem. If it weren't for Chevi, we would have spent over $2500 unnecessarily on Vector faults. Now, Chevi is our trusted electrician and hes a genuine, honest and competent electrician! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
