J.Fantastic service and very nice people. As soon as I called up, they helped me to try solve the problem myself. It was then confirmed as an internal electrical fault, and they sent over a team immediately to diagnose it. Two hours of fault finding later (and some head scratching, dealing with a 1920s house) and everything is working! :D Will definitely use again!
