I contacted Pluto Electrics when we were in L4 late in the day after I have blown a fuse and my oven was not working. They replied to my query within minutes and arranged for an electrician to turn up first thing the following day. He was exceptionally thorough, a great communicator, willing to take the time to repair the oven as well as sort out the old fuse. And he was the tidiest electrician I have come across. And the bill was very reasonable. I was extremely happy with the service.

Great team, transparent in quotation and during work. They were happy to engage with client and explain in layman's terms. Good tidy up at the end of each day. Willing to help and keep costs down where possible by repurposing existing equipment and make cost effective suggestions.

Quite a complex job as they needed to install the cable between the charger and the fuse box under the house and past a concrete block, but they did a great job and it looks very tidy. All works perfectly. Thanks!

Overall a good customer experience thru' out. I chose Pluto from comments & rating on No More Cowboys. Booked online, their admin contacted me for a time. As a busy professional myself, they were there as arranged (I don't do "we'll be there between 8am & 12pm"). Replacement of fan & wall sockets went smoothly. Very professional service. Seamus was the electrician assigned to the small electrical job we needed done for my elderly father's home. He and the entire dealings with Pluto have been responsive, understanding, very prompt and great job done! We needed Seamus to keep in touch with us as to his eta at my father's house that was done with no issues. He came on time, did the job well and nicely imbedded the power point into the wall in this old house. Phone communication with Pluto was straightforward, our job was fitted into other work that was going on and we could negotiate the quote to suit our needs. All in all awesome and highly recommend Pluto on to others needing electrical work done. Phone calls were answered straightaway and other companies lost out to quote because they just didn't get back to us!

Jerah was so professional and fast! We weren't too sure of the best way to install our light fitting and he gave us options and made it look fantastic. He also found the most efficient and cost effective solution for installing a new out door socket for our spa pool Thanks so much! I had wonderful service from Pluto Electrics for a big job. Had shoddy hard-wired smoke alarms going off at all hours. Found this lot on a list of top electricians in my area which is always a good start and wasn't disappointed. Easy to contact, quick to book in, the sparky showed up in the time frame I was given and was friendly, knew what he was doing, and even went off (in the hail no less) to pick us up replacement smoke alarms to save us having to call someone in a second time. While he was here he explained what he was doing, explained what he'd found, explained my different options, and was generally pleasant, patient and professional. While nothing is cheap, I felt like I was charged a very reasonable price especially considering he had to go for a drive to buy stuff as mentioned. If I need a sparky again in future I'll be calling this lot.

Pluto Electrics was suggested to me by a friend who's used them a lot. The afternoon of the day I made contact they were able to send an Electrician out. The communication was excellent...professional, friendly and speedy. The work was done well and the Electrician was friendly as well as professional, and arrived as advised. I've additional electrical work needing doing and will definitely call on them again. Hard recommend.

Shamus installed a new heater, power point and towel rail. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after the installation. Prior to the installation he discussed options with us, providing us with relevant information to base our decisions on. The company was open to negotiating a time to come in and do the work. Overall we were very pleased with the service they provided and have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

We've used Pluto a few times now. Adding a 15A socket so I could use a welder in the garage. Removing some old wall mounted heaters and thermostats and most importantly when the mains cable leading into our house failed. Been very happy with their service and expertise each time. Will happily use Pluto again and would recommend them to others.

Pluto Electrics replaced three downlights in my ceiling. This is the second time I have used Pluto Electrics, the electrician arrived on time and completed the work quickly and cleanly. The price charged was extremely reasonable and I plan to use them again if I have any other electrical work I need to get done. They provide A+++ service.
