L. D.I just had a 'new' 2nd hand stove installed this week at my brother's cottage in Whitianga. Alex and Kelly have been a pleasure to deal with, and provided excellent service. Kelly was great explaining the installation process to me, and sending a written quote very promptly, and Alex's experience and friendly customer service installing the stove was much appreciated by my brother. As I live abroad, I had to do this all by email, and Kelly and Alex were great. They also went the extra mile and organised someone to take the old stove away, as my brother does not drive. I hadn't used Walker Electrotec before, but I will certainly engage them again for future jobs and will recommend them others.
