S.We wanted to upgrade our slightly dated electrical fixtures. Being new to the district, we searched for electricians on the internet and chanced upon Laser Electrical (excellent reviews) as well as another company. While the other company failed to follow up following the initial acknowledgement, Laser Electrical Whangarei was pretty much onto our request. Brady (our first point of contact) was prompt with his communication and provided a quote soon after his onsite visit to assess the scope of works. Brady was also knowledgeable/participative and provided good suggestions on the lighting points and fixtures.
As for the actual works, Grayson and Sam carried out the necessary wiring and fixtures. Both of them were warm, friendly and importantly carried out an excellent job. Their eye for detail and strive for perfection was evident when we noticed them making fine adjustments to the fixtures to ensure that every fixture is recessed/positioned well (after job completion). Overall, we are very pleased with Laser Electrical Whangarei for their excellent job and customer service. We would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you.
