Zinnia and the team were incredible during a recent visa nightmare I found myself in. They always took the time to explain everything to me and their attention to detail was next level. Me and my husband used Aims Global Immigration and Education Services to apply for our residence visa and they were very helpful. We were worried that we won’t be able to get the residence visa because of the pandemic and the changes, but Melissa, our immigration adviser and all of the staff made us feel assured that they will do everything that they can to help us, and they did. Melissa was very patient, answered all our queries and gave us all the information we needed until we got the visa. We are very grateful we came across their page here on facebook. Hello Folks, I am sharing my experience in a hope that it will be helpful to people like me somehow. You see a doctor when you feel unwell, same way when your immigration status gives you a nightmare, you see a decisive and confident immigration advisor. In my case, timing was so crucial. Aims team was so available throughout the journey. Weather it is a public holiday or weekend. End of the day, you do need a personal touch while dealing with immigration. Very good experience with AIMS global team in applying our visa at the last moment we weren't aware if it is possible to apply...But AIMS team helped us very nicely and prepared a wonderful file within a week and we have successfully got our VISA with out any Issues and hurdles. I would strongly recommend Aims. They had been super helpful with advice, arranging documents and coordination. I finally got my student visa approved after 4 months and it has been a very difficult journey. If it wasn’t for Zinnia’s effort, I was preparing to go back to India. I went from a visitor visa to a student visa. I got interviewed in detail in regards to all aspects of my student visa. This created a series of concerns and I got a very long concern letter. The agent in India completely ruined my file and all the issues came up now. Zinnia spent morning, afternoon, night (and many times she was working till 1am) putting together a response. It was very difficult and lengthy and extensive. It took a long time to prepare. But she went into very very detailed information, literally left no stone unturned. Every word in the response to the concern had evidence, logically placed and reviewed multiple times to ensure it wasn’t too overwhelming for the immigration officer. She also kept me involved with what she was doing the whole time. After this was done, officer asked more questions. I remember she had a leave planned and INZ’s second request came unexpectedly. She wanted to do this herself and before she goes, even though there was no deadline. It takes time to plan such a detailed response and many hours to then to put it together. She worked till 3am the day before her leave but ensured my response was accurately and timely submitted, she even refused immigration officer’s extension offer. As soon as she came back from her leave, she checked on my case regularly. She managed to strike a very good relationship with the immigration officer which is why today, after 4 months, my visa was approved. There was no amount of money that could justify her intelligence and effort on this application. It’s not just about telling INZ the facts, she spent detailed effort into framing her argument, telling INZ only relevant info and not bombarding them with extra useless info (there was a lot of that in my case also). I will never use any other immigration adviser ever again. I spoke to many lawyers and advisers during this time, but no one can match what she brought to my application. Client for life!

My work visa got a concern letter through my previous adviser. She confirmed that I couldn’t get a 3 year visa due to inz concerns. I came to meet zinnia who took over my case. We hit my roadblocks along the way, but both Zinnia and Jonathan stayed consistently on the case, despite the time pressure. Sorted all the issues in a very short time frame, they efficiently prepared the submission, sent it at 4pm and I got my work visa at 9am the next day for full 3 years. Essential skill work visa approved today for me and my whole family for 3 years. Working as a RETAIL MANAGER.
