First job interview for a few years and to say I was a bit nervous would be an understatement. My appointment was with Toni W, who made me feel comfortable immediately with her relaxed approach to the interview. The end result was a process that ended being enjoyable rather than nerve raking despite the thought provoking questions that have to be asked during a job interview. For this, I pass my thanks to Toni (and the whole team at Henderson who made me feel welcome) - Keep up the good work!

From the minute I applied for a position through Drake West and meeting with Toni, she made me feel welcome with her professional, down to earth and positive personality and awesome smile. She communicated quickly with updates and progress with my application and supported me through to my successful placement with my new job with a fantastic company. I would recommend Toni to everyone who is looking for a new employment opportunity. I really appreciated Toni's friendliness, professionalism, follow ups and help during the interview and through to the employment offer/contract process. I hadn't had much success with other agencies and had pretty much decided not to apply for any jobs that used them, but Toni and Drake changed all that for me. 10/10 from me.

Definitely head into Drake Henderson, I had the best experience ever, Chantelle found me the job I was looking for straight away, pulled out some options, then recommended the company I’m currently working for... and they’re the best people I’ve ever worked for. Have worked with Linda and her team in a previous role where I needed to help ACC claimants become work ready. I have just visited the office a few minutes back. I was told by a lady who received me that I will have to call and speak to a staff member on Monday morning.. (Today is Friday) The office is few minutes walk from Henderson station.. Good location, adequate parking.. Looks like a good agency.. I will update my review after I have more interaction with the agency.. 🙂

Enjoyed working alongside Drake to fill a position in our warehouse. Their communication was on point, and all transactions processed efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Organised in a way they will text you to confirm a shift. Professional staff at Drake. Some places can be very unsafe and expect you to lift heavy equipment manually. With no safety equipment to assist. You only have one back for life. Report these unsafe practices.

Staff at Drake Henderson, particularly Linda and Chantelle have been extremely understanding of our requirements, helping us out with our temp requirements even when we were only able to provide very short notice of our requirements at times.

Toni was great in understanding my skills and abilities and matching me with a great employer who's invested in developing my portfolio as well
