Grada has been a professional recruiter company, they're not just delivering me to a great Company. But they were always keen to understand, what are their clients need and whom to their clients they would find. James and his Team, made me impressed to how they worked. Grada Recruitment did a great job at getting my foot through the door for the perfect work opportunity in an area I have specialised in. I had the pleasure of liaising with Thomas Hulme from Grada. He understands clients well and has a good feel for the marketplace. I've recruited for a number of roles with Rob at Grada Recruitment. He has always taken the time to come out and meet with me and understand the business and the types of people we are looking for. I dealt with Rob Groves, from Grada Recruitment, when looking to hire some new staff for a growing business. In terms of dealing with somebody that could find me the calibre of staff i was looking for - Rob was on the money. Having tried through our internal recruitment team, and another external agent - I engaged Rob who was ready and willing to help. I have recruited several positions through Grada and have been impressed with the level of candidates that have been put forward. I would always consider Grada for future recruitment needs. We tried internally recruitment and seek etc, but the time and effort in those options just wasn't worth it compared to using Grada.
