Hemant helped me with my essential skills worker visa. Even though, the timing was really horrible (just before Christmas holidays), he still did not hesitate to help me out, he was responsive even after the working hours. And shockingly I received my visa the week after holidays. I highly recommend Hemant, he is friendly, trustworthy, patient, responsive also the price was very reasonable and affordable. I was referred to Hemant Kaushal by a friend and I think I made the right decision in engaging him as my immigration adviser. I had a bad experience previously so I was skeptical. But after dealing with Hemant I realized there are good advisers in the market also. His communication is excellent. I never met him personally throughout the process. When my application got delayed, he contacted immigration managers to get it allocated again. One case officer asked for irrelevant information and Hemant was on the mark in pointing it out to them. That case officer was then taken off the case. I felt that Hemant always argued in my favour without trying to impress INZ.

I am really impressed with Hemant Kaushal's attention to detail, his communication skills, and his knowledge of what immigration new Zealand requires. His name was referred to me by a friend and I went to him for my work visa. Upon seeing my offer of employment, which was from my current employer, Hemant immediately told me that the employer had an adverse history with INZ. Hemant told me that he had dealt with a similar case two years ago and that's how he knew about my employer. He advised me to change my employment. My work visa has been approved today. I am also eligible for the one-off residence visa. It is only because of Hemant's alertness that I did not get into any trouble with INZ regarding my employer. He is a great adviser!

Although, we are in Wellington so did not physically meet Hemant but communication was never a problem and we felt assured and confident of the advice we received. Hemant Kaushal is the only reason why I am still in New Zealand. I had three convictions before I submitted my work visa application. I went to Hemant and discussed bout this. One of the most professional and easy to deal with Immigration Advisor. Although, I am based in Auckland so is Hemant I did not need to go and meet him personally even once. I met Hemant sir through common friends, & was aware of his professional skills as some of my known friends has got work visa & residency visa through his immigration firm.
