I have worked on ship as Engineer for 10yrs with same company and was looking to change job. Initially I was very nervous as I didn't had interview or any update regarding hiring process over a decade time.I applied with Kings Recruitment and Michelle helped me throughout my application, interview preparation and final process. I just started working and very happy with atmosphere. She not only helped till offer letter but also followed up at my joining. She is very helpful ,hard working, dedicated and great at her job. On a Wednesday Amanda at Kings reached out and asked if I was interested in a new role to which I said yes I’m interested but I went not thinking much of it because I was going into something completely new and thought my chances would be VERY slim but when I met Amanda and Lisa they explained the job throughly and made me feel confident with potentially securing the role by matching qualities I have with the job description, they set up interviews with myself and their client and they went extremely well so well that after leaving my 2nd interview (I hadn’t even made it home yet) Lisa let me know they had offer me the role. This was a long drawn out process due to Covid putting a hold on recruitment (from a business perspective) but communication from Michelle was excellent throughout. She made it a personal experience and I was very pleased to have been successful in getting the role. Was approached by the Lovely Lisa when I applied for a position advertised by Kings recruitment on Seek. Eventually after a couple of weeks I landed the job. Throughout the process I was constantly in touch and was always helped by her. Being new to the country, I had several questions (some of them really silly) but never did Lisa or anyone else from Kings feel agitated or irritated to respond to my silly questions. Gosh, I've just seen some of the negative reviews on Google and I can't believe it. The team at Kings Recruitment are friendly, professional, and experts in their field.
