My experience with Robert Walters was very good. Samee Amin was an amazing professional. I was able to get a higher and better position after getting rejected from the same company. When I was looking for a role a few years ago I approached a few recruiters but the experience I had with Robert Walters was on a different level to that of their competitors. They were quick to get me in to meet them and had started coming back to me with possible roles well before anyone else. When I was interviewing for a role, Andy Hickey had great communication and would always ensure he checked in after an interview to hear how it went and talk through everything with me. If I’m considering looking for something new Andy is the person I reach out to and I often give his details to others thinking about a change too. Robert Walters is all about relationships which makes this Recruitment Agency unique. Will go extra miles to help. My consultant Annie Hsu has given me tips what to expect on an interview and helps me prepare to answer questions with confidence. Annie kept me updated after my interview with the company for a 1 month contract. Got the role, extended for another month then was offered a full time permanent position. I have worked with Robert Walters for approx. 2 years, initially as a customer looking for contractors to fill development and testing roles for delivery teams and more recently as a contractor myself. I highly recommend Robert Walters, I have been contracting through them for 6 months. I am a scrum master working on a large transformation programme and RW has placed quite a few people in my team and the wider programme. Sammie has been the best recruitment agent I have ever worked with, she found a job in an organisation she knew would suit me. She has regular contact with me and any questions I have resolves them quickly. You know how some agents place you in roles and then you never hear from them again, that's not the case with RW. As a contractor I like Robert Walters for their weekly payments, resonable extra benefits package and they are the only company, so far in my experience, with a decent timesheet-ing application. And they seem to cover a large portfolio of employers as well. But what I really like about RW is the person I'm working with for contracting roles, Yvonne Tay-Corbett. There has been a long long time since I had a good vibe about a recruiter. Someone that actually understands the details of what you are talking about, the technologies mentioned, your experience and how it positions you in the market, someone showing genuine interest in representing you properly.

Extremely amazing professional recruitment company...the best I've ever come across and I've been through a few. I'm always being checked on even if it's for a drink or 5. And it's 'one on one' time...where do they find the time? There's always a gift at Christmas. They've even given me rate change increases from their commission if they think I need one and the contracting company hasn't come through. Be honest with them about your issues because they usually have a very innovative solution.
