I have recently joined Talent International Auckland groups Speaking about Talent International Auckland, things that come into my mind would be Excellent customer focused culture and doing a good job of driving innovation, strong leadership and an ethical organization. They put you in quality positions; they are very well organized; paychecks are always on-time; disputes are handled quickly and efficiently. I have worked with many other contracting Companies but i believe Talent International (Auckland) has outrun others in this race. Cons None Advise: Keep providing excellent support.

Talent International did an exceptional job during my recruitment process. I am currently employed to one of their prestigious clients as a contractor in Auckland. They are highly professional, customer oriented Recruitment Company with crystal clear policies. From my experience, Auckland staff (Kara Smith and David McLachlan) are very approachable and reliable people. They kept me well informed about the recruitment progress, and had answers to all my queries and concerns. Talent International are liaised with the technology solutions (online portal for time sheets, payslips, e-documents etc) which is very helpful to both – Employers and Employees. I would highly recommend them to whoever needs a professional Recruitment solution.

Talent International came as blessing in disguise for me. Even being a recent graduate with little experience in New Zealand, I was provided an opportunity to work with one of the biggest company in New Zealand. Gayatri is the best recruiter at Talent International Auckland that I have ever met! She provided me with resources that helped gain a greater insight into the area I wanted to go into. I have been working with Talent International on a contract for past few month and it has been stress free to deal with them.
