I am extremely grateful for the position I got offered through Ryan Recruitment. After 5 months applying for jobs on my own (around 5 applications per week and only a few interviews), I got a role that really suits my personality and my needs. The service provided by their recruitment consultants - I dealt mainly with Gaby & Amanda - is fantastic; it made me feel valued and not alone in my job hunt. So thank you, Ryan Recruitment!

Sending my cv to Ryan Recruitment was the best decision ever! They responded quickly and I went in for an interview the week after. Then I was offered a full time role for a company I was keen on. Now I work for the company permanently. :) Gaby was my consultant and she was friendly and professional. It was nice to have someone who listened to what I was looking for and find me an ideal job. Ryan Recruitment was a huge help to me. Constantly patient, considerate, and made things very intuitive throughout the process of getting an interview, which led to a job that suits me very well. Their testing tools leave a bit to be desired but are functional enough. Trish was especially helpful, she was always a source of great advice.

Ryan Recruitment found me work on the assembly line for AuCom electronics over the summer uni break. Crystal coordinated things promptly and everything fell into place very easily. The job was great and it was a pleasant experience.

I had been job searching for almost 3 months, once Ryan got in contact with me I was sorted and working in less than a week! My first experience with an agency and I’m amazed at the fast response and how well they have taken care of me. As I have already started working they continue to stay in contact and I’m able to keep them updated.

Of the ten or so recruitment agencies I signed up with after going through a recent restructure, I found the team at Ryan to be the most respectful, responsive and personable. They also followed through on promises of employment and sorting out timesheet / payslip mishaps was never a chore. Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do I know I'm in good hands

Recruiter sent me 3 online tests to complete for a temp role, and said she'd get back to me after I've finished the tests. Only she didn't. Haven't heard a word from anyone since. Really unprofessional. EDIT: The manager reached out to me not long after I left the review and explained that they were inundated with recruitments due to shortage of staff. The promptness of the call and the willingness to take full responsibility for their mistake was a pleasant surprise. This makes me believe this really was just an one off accident, and ghosting candidates is not how Ryan Recruitment operates.

Ryan Recruitment have been very helpful in finding work for my short-term needs. My first opportunity was found promptly after meeting with the RR team and there has always been something to do ever since, that being 1-2 week stints, or longer depending on the client. Communication between my RR contact has been excellent, mainly for organizing new work and helping with getting settled in on the first day. Would definitely recommend if you need work fast but could also lead into long-term work depending on your needs, RR will find you something that suits you. Thanks

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Ryan from start to finish - Julie welcomed me at the agency with open arms. Within the first 20 minutes of meeting it felt like chatting with a friend. She found me a temp job the day after my initial interview which went splendidly and kept in touch through out to check everything was alright. Within a week of meeting, I was working. Then during my last day at the job, herself and Gaby came to visit with some biscuits. I left their care as I had found a longer-term position but I actively encourage anyone looking for a job to go visit the lovely ladies at Ryan! PS: for anybody wondering - no, you do not have to pay anything to use a recruitment agency. It is all handled by the employer. Don't hesitate, it's like being an actor with a personal agent -- very exciting.

Over my career I have dealt with several recruitment agencies, Recently I have been working with Ryan Recruitment and they are by far the best agency I have ever dealt with. While all the Staff are very friendly, extremely supportive and Professional, there are two main reasons I wanted to leave this review. Firstly that they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued candidate. Secondly their communication is second to none, both Julie and Trish are always in close contact and follow up when they say they will, which I have found very rare working with other agencies. Always on the phone before and after interviews checking in. Julie has taken extra time with me to provide interview preparation and found me temp work while I am on the search for my dream role. I cannot give enough gratitude for all the Positivity and support Julie and the team have given me. Ryan Recruitment truly put the candidates and clients first.

Within an hour of signing up they got me a job, they have been nothing but professional and helpful, even landing me a great job I had applied for multiple times before. The team at Ryan Recruitment were very supportive of me on my journey to find a job after becoming a COVID redundancy statistic. They got in touch with me after I had registered online and we had a discussion about the type of work I was looking for. Gaby Rush has been my point of contact at Ryan Recruitment since the beginning of 2020. I've been registered with them for a while and recently had my first assignment with them. My experience with Ryan recruitment has been really amazing. I started temping before the covid-19 lockdown and the whole team really looked after me and kept me up to date with information through out this time. At a time where there was so much uncertainty I really appreciated this. Since then I have been on placements and Gaby has been awesome. Checking in, visiting and just ensuring that myself and the client was happy and always arriving with a snack. One particular temporary role turned into a permanent placement that lasted 4 years . I have used Ryan Recruitment for a number of years both for temporary and permanent placements. I have always found them to be high effective. They listen to the needs of the client, and are excellent at identifying potential candidates that can not only do the job but that are also a good cultural fit.

I got a job as a traffic controller with Ryan recruitment. The Ryan staff is very friendly and helpful - always replied to all my e-mails and texts, as well as calls either immediately or called back as soon as possible. Provided me with a good job with decent hours and wage (of course, we always would like to earn a bit more). But other than that, my experience with this agency was really good, would recommend. Special shout out to the agent Stu - who helped me with a recommendation letter for an Australian tourist visa, which otherwise, i would most likely not get.!

Denise @ Ryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she helped place me into a new position where I fitted in perfectly. My experience with Ryan Recruitment was extremely positive. All staff I engaged with friendly and approachable at all times. Emails and phone calls were always responded to quickly. Julie and Gabrielle regularly checked in with me and other temps they had in my office by taking us for a coffee and visiting some treats to share with our colleagues.
