G.We contacted eight73 consulting, having worked with Kylie previously in a former business and finding her exceptional.
With Kylie on maternity leave, we spoke to Erin and explained we were starting a new business and would require employment contracts for employees, contractors and casual staff, as well as the recruitment of two new staff members. These roles were not run of the mill. Staff were required to work rosters and to be available 24/7 during their rostered time on.
We had to have all of this up and running in a very tight timeframe. Erin went straight to work and delivered contracts we were more than happy to present to our personnel. The recruitment process resulted in the positions being filled with qualified personnel.
