Josh took our team individually through the strength finder - helping us discover what some of our key strengths are in the way we work. More importantly he also wrapped it around with a workshop with the entire team. The workshop figured out how we can make the best use of everyone's individual strengths as part of a team. Josh is a chill, personable, and leaves you feeling like you've had a conversation rather than just being talked to.

We employed Josh, to look into the the strengths of our Staff and meet with us to build on our strengths. We had a few staff members who wondered if it would be beneficial, but everyone came out of it finding it really useful. I would recommend Josh to anyone who is working in a large team environment. His thoughtful, practical and calm approach is great.

Josh has been a great support for our business - from the first days of 2020 Covid lockdown where he helped us navigate tough times through to ongoing coaching and support for the management team. We have come to rely on him - not just for straight to the point HR advice but as a trusted advisor who genuinely understands our business and can help us identify opportunities for improvement and growth in our people and our business.

Josh was awesome to work with. We had great feedback from the team after Josh's session with Belle Property Central Coast. The team really enjoyed the content and the style that Josh uses to facilitate. He speaks openly and honestly, he avoids corporate speak that can cause colleagues to tune out.
