We contacted Darren @ Dunes Consulting to help us achieve our first recruit as we were expanding rapidly. Our industry is a very specific and small niche, previous recruitment companies had failed to assist from previous experience. Darren took the time to understand our business, the industry, our culture and what we wanted to achieve with the position. We worked on the Job advert collaboratively and gave us some suggestions on where to publish it. We were thrilled with the candidate quality he was able to achieve and we employed our ideal candidate.
