I applied for many roles within the Tauranga & Auckland area and dealt with many recruitment agencies. I found R+A to be fantastic at their communication and drive to get me a role. They put me forward for one job which I didn't get but then put me forward for another which has been amazing. They were extremely helpful when I transitioned from a temp role into a permanent role that they had placed me in. I really appreciate Kiri and Bernadette's professional approach to me as a candidate. They did their best to get me a job and succeeded, I couldn't have asked for more. Ryan and Alexandra have been amazing to deal with and I have managed to secure the ultimate position through them. From my first interview with Benadette through to being made the offer I always felt they were genuinely interested in me as a person and not just a candidate.
