R.Vaughan is an amazing resource to have on the end of the phone, and treats your business as if it is his own, he took the time to understand our business, our people and our needs and help us work through a wide range of different situations. The online platform is fantastic too. The different features make the tricky parts of employment relations and HR compliance easy and seamless.

It doesn't matter what the HR matter is, the team have been able to help. Our business has under ten employees, and we don't have an in-house HR specialist. But thanks to HR Assured, we can access the support we need; from record-keeping and HR process to advisory support on complex HR matters, cost-effectively. Vaughan is always available with straightforward advice and has become more than just a service provider to us. During COVID-19 the remote access to HR files and process has been an enormous advantage for our business.
Everything that the HR Assured team offer has had us covered, and I would happily suggest their service to other businesses who need a complete HR support package.
