I first approached Georgia at Talent around a year ago for a role as I'd started looking at the time, she was extremely quick, helpful and great to work with. She sold me extremely well to a potential client and in no time I had an interview and ultimately near same day they were making an offer. However, I unfortunately turned the offer down as my current workplace wanted the chance to make changes and keep me there, sadly something I regretted doing in the end. However, we're now a year forward from there and I was approached by Georgia again as she'd heard I was in the market looking for a new role. She had remembered me, my skill set, and she was still extremely professional and helpful. Turning down the previous offer didn't make a difference to her. She found a new role for me and again really sold me to the client to the point they promptly organised an interview with me. She put all her efforts into making sure I was informed every step of the way and that everything went as quickly and smoothly as possible. She was very focused on making sure that she did the best by me whenever possible and kept in touch regularly. Again very shortly after the interview I had an offer to work at an amazing workplace in an excellent opportunity that really suited me and will allow me to continue growing my career. I would highly recommend Georgia to anyone out there in the IT world looking for a new role - she is a very friendly, professional and driven recruiter who will always do her best by you, not just to place you in a role, but to place you in a role that's really suited to what you are looking for and what you are capable of. She also did a great service to a family member of mine who'd gone through a very rough patch with work and got her back on her feet as well. We both cannot thank her enough for what she's done for us.

I found Talent to be professional and efficient when securing a contract for me. Even though there were obstacles during the process I was kept fully informed throughout. The system they have in place for time-sheets, documents and approvals is intuitive and easy to use. Best of all there are reward points!!

I have had the recent pleasure of meeting and working with staff at Talent International, who have been excellent to work with. However two of the staff I have had a long working history with are Bianca Jones (current General Manager of Talent International) and Steve Zawodny (Senior Recruitment Consultant). Bianca and Steve have helped me over the years when I have been a candidate looking for work or a hiring manager looking for employees / contractors. They know their stuff and are very clear, concise and easy to deal with. I like the 'down to earth' kiwi manner they bring to the table - so easy to relate to. Another member of staff, who is new to Talent International is Cherie Semeri (Candidate Manager), she is so upbeat and onto it and very easy to deal with. Such an infectious smile and attitude to life (people perspective) whilst actively listening and getting on with job at the hand to match our groups requirements. I like dealing with 'action oriented people who do this with a sincere smile' I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with these three and in particular Bianca and Cherie. However, I may also have the opportunity to meet other staff at Talent International when I'm looking for my next contract should I be referred to them via Bianca, Cherie or Steve.
