Tonic Lab had extensive knowledge and provided great service in all areas of the recruitment process for myself as an events manager, which made me feel comfortable and confident in what can often be a stressful situation. The level of transparency and communication they provided meant that I was always aware of what was going on and I genuinely felt like a priority throughout, with a great balance between high professional standards and friendliness.
