Nadine and her team were so friendly and welcoming even from the moment I called to make an appointment. They helped keep me calm when trying on several dresses and made me feel so confident in my body. Nadine went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. I cant recommend this place enough. Thank you, ladies!

The team here are so welcoming and kind and make you feel very comfortable and not pressured, which I can't say of some of the other Auckland bridal stores I visited. Also they go the extra mile to not only help you to fit within your budget with an amazing gown but also to bring your dreams to life by putting together finishing touches. They were able to make me a very beautiful veil that is still one of my favourite things about my whole wedding look. Definitely put this store on your wedding dress must visit list (and go there first for the best experience).

She really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a wedding dress, followed up with the designer and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. By far the most professional, kind and understanding bridal boutique I've been to! Nadine really went above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy, and put so much hard work into my gown! Also, LGBT+ friendly. Could not recommend this business enough <3

Went to an appointment with my goddaughter this morning to look at wedding dresses. She was nervous as she she is not a waif and other places only had small sizes to try. They have a full range of sizes, what a difference it made for her to try dresses that were her size and so many options. Nadine was so helpful. beautiful dress

I made a last minute booking in the morning to try on some wedding dresses. They got me in for the time I wanted which was awesome. I was helped by Allison and another younger girl (sorry I missed her name). They were so lovely and accomodating. Allison helped me pick out a few different styles and narrowed it down to what suited me as I wasnt sure what I wanted going in. I wanted sleeves and most didn't have them but she gave me sleeve options that they could have their dressmaker add and brought out some chiffon or used an embroidered veil so I can see what it would look like with sleeves added. She helped me pick out a veil as well to go with the dress! Her customer service was excellent I felt so comfortable with her and she would give me and my MOH time to chat over options but was always nearby to help out. I felt really valued and would recommend this store to any bride!

I had a wonderful experience with Nadine at Ballgowns, Bridal & Beyond buying my bridesmaids dress. I ordered the dress in November and it was shipped from overseas. Due to Covid it was significantly delayed, but Nadine continuously followed up with the package and kept me updated the whole time. It arrived the other day in perfect condition. Nadine was helpful, communicative, and professional, and I highly recommend Ballgowns, Bridal & Beyond!

Really enjoyed our visit here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of styles AND colours, and material types as well. My bridesmaids are very picky, and they all managed to agree on a dress style and colour (I was shocked!). The dresses are a bit pricey, but at least you k ow you are paying for a quality garment, and quality service. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for bridesmaids dresses.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with a great team who helped my wedding dress I had bought online fit me like a glove. The seamstress provided excellent information and vital reassurances. A true gem , the dresses in the store and stunning huge mirrors for try ons , is the perfect environment to learn more about what you're seeking in a dress or to take a dress you already have to the next level with custom fit . I also bought my hairpiece and veil from here, stunning options , its worth a look in there any day . highly recommend this place !

Took my wedding dress here to get it drycleaned as I had heard really good reviews and I'm so glad I did as they did an amazing job!! Managed to get all the stains and grass out, and there were a lot as it was an outdoor ceremony and it was a fraction of the price of Regal Drycleaners, who I was going to go to originally but unfortunately couldn't put another $600-700 on my wedding! Nadine the owner was really lovely throughout, kept me updated when the dress was cleaned but they were waiting on the preservation boxes to arrive, offered us really helpful advice on storage and preservation, and it was boxed really well too. Thanks so much Nadine & team for making my dress white again!

Great experience, Denise was so lovely to deal with and she helped us so much with style options and colours. Great dress selection and fabrics and colours to choose from! Would like to see more size selection in the dresses but overall this store is great!
