Vick was the best DJ! We weren't sure about getting a DJ for our wedding and decided to go for it last minute, despite having only a small guest list due to covid. We were blown away by the services provided and are so glad we went ahead with it. Our wedding would not have been the same without him, everyone was dancing and having the best time. Vick knew exactly what to play and when, he was super professional, managed all the guest requests perfectly and coordinated super well with the MC. He did everything he could to make sure we had the best time, even though the venue owner wasn't too happy with the volume - thanks again! Jan was also incredible to deal with and even let us use the PA system since he knew about our venue. He accommodated our last minute music additions and made sure everything went smoothly. We had the best time thanks to these guys and would definitely recommend.

Shane was awesome! DJ’d for my wedding. Really good communication. Corresponded independently with other vendors to make it less stressful! Everyone loved his music, he knew how to read the crowd. Even a couple at my wedding booked him in for their wedding that’s how much they loved him! Would 100% recommend for a wedding or event.

We really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with, how smooth the communication process was for what type of music and vibe we wanted. Our DJ Ryan was awesome and was able to read the room well, our dance floor was pumping all night and we had multiple compliments from our guests about the DJ's choice of songs. Chris got in touch with us well in advance which is super appreciated during such a stressful time organising everything. We also dealt with Jan from day dot and he was incredible to work with and super helpful. And most importantly the vibes were absolutely on on our wedding day & night - highly recommend!

We had a great experience with DJ4You, Jan made the preparation process really easy and communicated well all throughout. Yiduo (our DJ for our wedding) was great, super friendly and introduced himself prior to playing. We made a fairly extensive playlist ahead of the day to show our musical interests and it was clear that he had taken the time to look through and study it a bit, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything went well and we'd definitely recommend them.

These guys really was amazing! Jan kept in contact to help us find the best DJ from his team for our wedding, and our selective music styles. Ben was the best DJ we could have asked for. We could see he was totally in his element when it was time to head into our fave genre - drum and bass! MAN DID OUR FRIENDS AND I GET DOOWWNN! Just recently had our wedding and Antony was the DJ for the event. Was outstanding from 10pm to 1am the dance floor was packed and he kept everyone dancing all night. Couldn't recommend Anthony and the team at DJ4you any higher made everything so simple and had such a good night.

I contacted DJ4You for our wedding after our previous DJ pulled out the day before the wedding. DJ Russell stepped in with less than 24 hours notice and ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT!!! These guys were honestly second to none from the get go, right from first contact; Jan was on the road when I phoned and when I explained the situation he immediately called me back, pulled over the car, and whipped out his laptop to get everything sorted there and then for our wedding the next day. They even custom mixed our wedding songs to suit that evening before the wedding and asked a multitude of questions I hadn't even considered nor had the previous DJ asked. Honestly think it was a blessing in disguise! On the day, arrived even earlier than expected to get set up and was friendly all the way through, everything went off without a hitch. Honestly cannot rate you guys high enough, you are absolute legends!!!

5 stars is not enough to rate how Dj4You have made our wedding day extremely special! We had Josh as our DJ a few days ago for our wedding day. Josh provided an amazing service for us - he was there on our arrival, welcomed us, and was very accommodating to our guests. Not only did he provide an amazing DJ service but he also was a great emcee - the programs flowed to how we wanted it; Josh catered it very well on how we wanted our wedding to go, hence why it was indeed the best day of our lives, there was no “if only we had done this…”. Also big thank you to Jan who was punctual with getting back to me and ensured everything passed on well with NO MISCOMMUNICATIONS. Thank youuuu!!! With that being said, we highly recommend Josh and DJ4You to be the emcee and DJ for your special occasions. Top quality service, friendly people, fast and punctual response and affordable price :) Wish I had photos to share but we haven’t gotten our photos yet haha. What an incredible experience we had at our wedding on December 11th with Yiduo. From the minute he walked in, he was friendly, engaging and genuinely cared about how he could best ensure we had the best night through his service. We booked DJ4YOU for our wedding in NOV in Rotorua. They were very easy to book, deal with and had great communication on the lead up to our day with both us and some of our vedors. We actually booked over a year out from our day to ensure we didn't miss out on our first choice DJ company. We requested the DJ Paul Marston for our day having been to a wedding previously with him in attendance. Paul is awesome! Hes such a cool guy, easy to talk to, gave us some pointers along the way on when to have our first dance etc. and knows what hes doing to get everyone up and dancing! He can read the room and truely is a gem to have around on your day. If you are unsure if you should book a DJ or not, do it! Its the best decision we could have made for our music. So impressed and would recommend to anyone!

Yiduo was our DJ for a joint 21st and 60th. He was able to read the crowd and play the appropriate music. He had both age groups up dancing at the same time. Yiduo was always happy to take requests. We would definitely use Yiduo again.

We were really impressed with our DJ Zach, he was very professional and made everything run really smoothly music wise. He created a great dancefloor, enticing everyone with a great range of music that we all knew and loved. DJ Russell Wills was amazing at our wedding. He was professional, slick and absolutely played to the audience. Our dance floor was so hot, that dancers beat us to the First Dance! He coordinated well with our MC and made vital parts of the day flow smoothly, without delay or breaks. We had many compliments relayed to us by our families and friends in attendance. One friend even compiling a play list based on every song Russell played! We were thrilled with the outcome, never had a sleepy dull wedding dance floor and he absolutely added to the atmosphere from 2.30pm till 11pm. We had an amazing night with the playlist we gave the DJ and he knew which ones to leave until the dancing started, when the volume was turned up and everybody, and I mean everybody danced the night away, not even ending when the time was up, only when people had all but left. I recently got married in January at Tui Hills Estate. A number of jobs were passed to me from my wife and one of them was music. I got into touch with Jan from DJ4YOU and within the same day he got back to me with different packages, costs, and upgrades. Through the first few emails dealing with Jan I knew he was professional. His understanding of the market and music was exceptional. Jan's approach to looking after the music was relaxed yet very thorough. He made that one job alot easier for me to organize which made the day go even smoother. The DJ on the day/night was also very professional. Leading up to the event was super easy with you guys. The ease of the online forms was good and were able to be filled out easy enough. Having you come in at the early stages was cool and got the students pretty pumped for the event. And having you an email away with any questions was great as well. On the night, you guys were set up super early and the stage looked great. Simple layout worked well with the rest of the tables and chairs in the venue. The lighting towers were good as well. The Cold Spark machines were awesome and added that little something extra to the night. Jonty was easy to communicate with and really easy going. His energy was appreciated and got the students hyped up and dancing like machines. Good value for money and the night hit that better standard with your DJ.
