The Kai here was delicious, even to the point of me having to exclude my dinner meals, too much food I could not eat 🤦 an awesome experience I will never forget, I totally recommend this Motel to those travelling from aboard when permitted. R.Hi I would just like to say to all future customers that my stay at the Jetpark Motel was very nice, I really enjoyed my stay here would also like to compliment the food, was very nice good variety and very filling i really enjoyed the Butterchicken and Boyzen Berry Moose. Staff were also very polite and helpful so were the Doctors and government officials. Would also give thanks to the people who run the Jetpark hotels for dedicating there facilities in the name of covid and helping our country become covid free. I felt very safe.
Would I recommend Jetpark to my friends and family of course I would im very impressed with the facilities good wifi and great food complments to the chefs thanks to the staff for being helpful i would give Jetpark 8/10 for facilities and a 9/10 for staff and hospitality i didnt get weird vibes here, very welcoming.

Even tho we were here isolating and this was a MIQ base for positive cases U provided us a Beautiful experience. Amazing service .. Kai that was oh so lovely we were eating like kings and queens.

T.Decor was pleasant and the room was very suitable to our needs. Because we stayed one night at either end of our trip we got 18 days long-term parking for $0 when we only expecting 10.
The room was very tidy, clean and comfortable. They offered a "pillow menu" consisting of a list of a variety of pillows of varying softness, construction and size. First time in many, many hotel stays that I have encountered that wonderful option.
The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Despite the location and style of the hotel, I would compare the staff to any so-called 5-star accommodation I have stay at.
The shuttle service was efficient and on-time on departure and easy to access upon our return.
I would gladly stay here any time I am in need of accommodation near the airport.
S.Much better stay than last time. Room kept very clean. Great housekeeping. Will be better when the restaurant opens again. Not a fan of how they keep the soft cheeses out for hours.

P.For the price we paid the Hotel was in supurb shape. Ample size rooms, very clean too, bed was perfect with 4 options of pillows 😍 decent shower pressure and heat. Service desk woman was super lovely and bubbly just to add icing on the cake.
S.Room was quite and was able to make the room nice and dark. Looked clean to the naked eye. Staff was friendly and had a shuttle bus pick us up at 2am. The bed was a bit soft for my liking and the shower experience could do with improvement. The shower had no extractor fan (or was broken, not too sure) and the water alternated between boiling hot and cold, with brief moments of the chosen temperature. Despite this, it's fine for a good sleep after a long flight (although a firmer bed would have been good). Friendly staff, quiet room and free shuttle the reasons for the 4 stars.
D.Very impressed with accommodation. We had a quiet room, a real advantage with having an early flight the next morning. Restaurant provided good food. We were pleased that our car could be stored for our time away and a great shuttle service to airport. Would have no hesitation staying again.

E.Good hotel. 8 minutes from airport. Large rooms. Attention for detail. Really comfortable big beds with 5 different kind of pillows (hard and soft), refrigerator! (how many airport hotels have stopped with refrigerator and why?), iron machine, nice lotions in bathroom, 24 hour shuttle service, all good.

The hotel is incredibly well designed, from all the well chosen artwork to the atmospheric lighting and nice water feature and grassy area ( with chess!) outside. So lovely to have a dog friendly atmosphere, it makes it feel so homely. The room was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
We had dinner and desert in their restaurant and the new summer menu was delicious. So glad we left room for dessert!!!

N.Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed. Strange that there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The only real disappointment was the reception lady when I checked in. She didn't seem quite as up to par as the others, but maybe she was new. I'd definitely return. The dessert (pictured) was to die for, though very rich

There for lots of options for meals on site and plenty of onsite parking. It was an easy drive to the airport. I also believe there is a shuttle bus service should you require.
O.Seems very good. Only there for a training course. Nice inside, enjoyed the food at lunch. Long black coffee was awful, but the tea and mocha were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee I was referring to was on the 5th Floor from the coffee machine....NOT the espresso machine behind the bar, the auto machine closest to the conference rooms. Hope this helps Murray.

A.Convenient location close to the airport,hotel facilities are ok, don't buy the muffins from the bar, I got conned, there were raspberries only on top and none in the muffin. Also the staff at the bar looks a bit untrained. I started giving the order, the girl left after me ordering the coffee, had to call her back to tell her I haven't finished ordering. In general the rooms are spacious and clean and there is free shuttle service from and to the airport. I recommend it for a night stay if you have to leave early in the morning.

The meals are stunningly beautiful and very well presented. The staff waiting on tables are the best I have come across in a very long time they made you feel welcome and comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel to all who are wanting accommodation in Auckland. I know this is my number one place to come back to all the time. Thank you for making me feel at home.

P.Room accommodated our family well and lovely and clean. Great service. Lovely pool to cool down in. Restaurant food was questionable. Kids meals were quite sloppy and somewhat over priced for what it was (macaroni and cheese and lasagne). Secure onsite parking. Free airport shuttle if needed. Great motel to stay in whether your leaving or arriving in or out of New Zealand.

C.Friendly and helpful staff and awesome free shuttle to/from airport (~10min) including when we had to drop our car rental off the day we checked in. The room was small but you wouldn't stay here longer than one night anyway. Amenities were as stated and everything was clean. Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Would probably stay here again if flying out early the next day.
D.I was sent here by Air New Zealand when my flight got cancelled and I was pleasantly surprised. It's very new, tidy and fancy ! Staff were very helpful and are clearly used to having a whole bunch of people arrive at once after their flights get cancelled.
Food was excellent, although I only had time to have the continental breakfast, so I can't speak for the cooked brekky. At night I ordered room service and it arrived promptly and was of excellent quality.

V.Rooms are very clean and well presented. The staff are super, very helpful and polite. The food at their restaurant is amazing, the desserts are masterpieces. Enjoyed our stay only drawback was getting woken many times during the night with other guests arriving.
D.Second time here its absolutely lovely this round. The team at reception are definitely keepers and made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the door, no fake smiles just genuinely happy people. Room was lovely and bathroom great. The bed was a highlight with good pillows and blankets.

I stayed in the new building which was flash, fresh, clean but bathroom seems to have been built from material bought from a sale at Mitre 10. Unsure how it will stand up to wear and tear. Bathroom has only basics. Room service was good late at night / early morning. Was a fine hotel for a transit sleep over.
S.Auckland airport doesn't have overnight accommodation so JPAH is pretty good. It was clean, warm, and the bathroom was good with good size shower and clean. Airport Transfer was good, staff at the reception was excellent. Nothing really to complain. So it has a good restaurant.

R.Room was great! All of the amenities you would hope for. Front desk staff friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Wait staff and food amazing. And shuttle to the airport.

J.Clean and nice rooms. Handy location close to the airport for those who need to get on an early flight without all the hassle of the traffic. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is awesome and service is quick but it does get busy so book ahead.
S.A better experience than last time we were here. The renovation was successful with a genuinely pleasant decor throughout the foyer and reception the rooms also are now a tasteful and nice place to be vs the previous run down accoutrements. The shuttle pick up also much better with a timely and friendly collection. Would have rated a five star had the disaster pick up wasn't still embedded in my mind...

I would've given 5 stars but it loses 1🌟 'coz the cleaners swiped the 2 beers from the fridge (they thought it had been left behind by the previous guest). When asked, the staff replaced them, but only had Heineken (booo!).
G.I have stayed there a number of times. I am able to make comment as a Tour guide. This stay was personal. The staff are always friendly, Reception efficient, the food great. Their shuttle to Airport is every half hour rns 24/7. Ovetall, a great experience. I do not beliwve you will not be disappointed.

P.This is a large hotel and conference complex with onsite restaurant, close to Auckland Airport. We had a comfortable and well appointed room, beds were soft. There is long term car storage and complimentary shuttle drop off and pick up from the airport. Very convenient!

N.We have stayed here twice now. Once with our family of 6 and the other just hubby and me. Both times have been due to needing accommodation before international flights. Clean, tidy, yummy meals, airport transfers, nice staff, reasonably priced.
N.I loved this place as we attended a boot camp here. The service was superb.We enjoyed the three day workshop here. The catering service was great. Would recommend this place for any functions. Do check it out. Also near the airport if you are stopping over for another flight.
A.Definitely NOT family friendly. Holiday Inn was much better. This is more suited to older couples.

- room cleanliness was an issue but they kindly made it up to us with extra late check out
- some staff are poor and unhelpful. Rather than being seated in the more relaxed dinner room, we were led to the formal dining room with our <1yr old and were shot daggers by fellow patrons every time she made a noise.
D.My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this hotel. We booked to short notice and was given a wonderful room. Staff was polite and the room was clean, they had AC which was a plus and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!
J.Best food you can find in any hotel in Auckland, amazing staff and fantastic rooms. My wife and I will definitely be coming back. Vava is the best driver to have, he's an absolute champion and I hope to see him again for a pick up when we visit next time
T.Have stayed here for both business and family trips. Great value and the airport shuttle is very handy. Good parking and rooms are well appointed. Only thing I didn't like this time was that the nice bar area had been converted to a noisy dining room, bring back the bar 😀
T.I found the hotel shuttle bus immediately upon exiting the airport terminal, and we were whisked to the hotel. Meals from the restaurant or room service are an added bonus as they are always excellent. The staff in all areas were friendly …
C.Lovely staff and comfy rooms. Better than a backpackers but not as good as a fancy hotel. Perfect for a night stay before or after a flight. Plenty of parking and a courtesy bus that will take you to/from the airport. Definitely recommend.

S.Somewhat clean, funny smell in the bathroom and the fan did not work. Items were broken or had stains. Customer service was average with two incorrect wake up calls and a concierge person who did not give good food recommendations. The staff in general were quite helpful with the shuffle bus.
J.Really noisy all night. Don't expect a quality sleep here. Beds are comfy enough, just wish the continual pick ups and drop off's were in a more isolated position to sleeping guests
E.Free shuttle from airport is amazing, we walked to supermarket which Is a bit of a distance and they picked up us on the way back and saved us a journey. Bit of a distance to supermarket and shops (approx 30 min walk) but expected with being by airport. Clean room and friendly helpful staff. Food is pretty expensive but was nice and bar have amazing long Island iced teas😀. Happy with our deal through expedia. 👍

I would highly recommend this, particularly if you were in my situation - getting in late, and rolling out early the next morning to start your vacation. I will say that the breakfast was quite nice too - it's not the cheapest, but it was good.

R.Got stuck in NZ overnight due to Sta travel being the worst travel agents that I have ever booked with. Was booked into this hotel overnight, rooms were neat and clean, they provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. Approx 10mins away. Service was good.

C.Perfect hotel to stay in if flying via Auckland. Stay there before and after a trip away to Sydney and was not disappointed. Park our car in their secure parking for free, use the free shuttle (with a very friendly and lovely driver who pricked us up late one night), comfy rooms and even though there is some construction going on, still a quiet nights sleep.
C.Have always used Jet Park, as they are a very professional setup. Car parking while away overseas & well looked after with our stay at the hotel. Marvellous food, sit down in restauraunt or counter meals while in their bar area. Cover a lot of travellers requirements drop off & pickup to Airport and back on coming home. Never had any reason for complaint.

S.Good location to airport, about a 5 minute drive by taxi or they have shuttles. Typical airport hotel, where people only stay the night, not for anymore. Big place with s conference centre as well which is good. Very expensive for what it is, rooms clean, but standard, good breakfast. In my opinion Novotel is better option, as this place can be very expensive. If you have the choice stay in a nice hotel in Auckland city for the same price.
A.Nice food in restaurant although a bit scant on portion size. Cooked breakfast buffet is easily bettered elsewhere - in particular when price of it considered. Rooms are fine
P.Overnight accommodation for a return flight home. Always a pleasure, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is awesome. Pool has kept the kids quiet more than a few times. Will always stay here when we return home.
J.Check-in/check-out was very efficient and the free shuttle to/from the airport was great but everything else was a bit of a disappointment.
We stayed in room 085 and the heater did not seem sufficient for the size of that room, the room smelled moldy and the room wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived. Also, I didn't think the $35+ entrees from their restaurant was worth the money.
This hotel is currently undergoing some upgrades so hopefully some things will improve in the future.
T.I've stayed here previously, as it is the ideal hotel if you have an overnight transit at Auckland airport. The facilities were really excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and we asked for a continental breakfast to be left in our room the night before our very early start. Free airport shuttle.

N.Beautiful modern rooms that are clean and complete. Staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant serves some amazing food. Very handy to the airport with a free shuttle running between throughout the day.
Quite pricey, especially some of the rooms and the restaurant itself. The food although professionally presented, is more like what you would find at a fancy restaurant and not ideal for those just wanting a standard full plate of food. Portions for price are quite small yet adequate for most diets.
Wifi is free yet there is a daily cap of only 2gb, with a price of $5 from then for every 2gb used. There are nice modern tvs with good screens however the channels on offer are quite minimal compared to even a standard motel.
Overall the hotel has the feeling it has been built around visitors coming through for a quick overnight stay before or after flights and work needs to be done to cater for those wanting to stay longer.

M.Not too bad a place. Had a booking for a transfer to airport at 4am. Got to reception at 4.01 and was told we'd missed it. Never saw anything leaving as we walked across the carpark to reception. So we waited outside next to the transfer car, and the same guy, that said we were late, came out 5 minutes later and drove us. Just seemed like a dick move on his part. Place is nice none the less.

Free shuttle was provided both to and fro Auckland Airport's International and Domestic Terminals.

M.We have been staying at the Jet Park whenever we visit NZ (1 or 2X a year) for the past 10 years. In that time the cost per night has almost doubled $99 - 185. Plus the price of meals has risen by approx 50%. The service, cleanliness and quality of the rooms and dining have remained good but Will certainly 've looking elsewhere to save money.
M.Located on a large property this complex has everything you would expect in a hotel. Centrally located providing easy access to airport, city and other Auckland attractions. Comfortable beds with great bathroom and shower. This is a very modern faciltiy and has a bar and restaurant onsite. Reasonably priced and has a wide variety of different rooms to suit all
T.Stayed here the night before our flight to Australia as is convenient for Auckland International. I had stayed at the Jet Park Hotel some years back and was impressed at how the establishment had expanded. Exceptionally clean and tidy. We had a hire car but for Kiwis the 14 day free car park must be great value.
T.Great accommodation. Have stayed multiple times and it’s always great. Although, try not to have a room near the rubbish collection area as the rubbish truck reversing sound in the early hours of the morning is a little annoying but it’s only a minor when you weigh it all up
M.Staff were brilliant. Stayed an unexpected 2nd night due to a flight cancellation, and the wonderful way we were looked after by Jet Park went a long way towards making up for an otherwise frustrating day. Restaurant staff in particular were fantastic. Thanks Jet Park Hotel.

S.Nicely located close to the Auckland international airport. Only problem is that there is no market close to it. So, you have to completely be dependent on the hotel.
You should be equipped with basics like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit as they do not provide it here, unlike other hotels
L.Recently refurbished, it is a good hotel with all the amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great deal with respect to parking free if you stay one night, definitely worth it.
n.Very nice place despite being in the heart of an industrial area. Smart clean restaurant with very tasty food. Pricey but you certainly get quality ingredients cooked well. Staff worked hard to help and did their best to ensure our time there was enjoyable.

A.This is a surprisingly nice hotel close to the airport. The restaurant here is very good. Even if you arn't staying here I'd recommend eating here. Nice pool and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a cocktail from the bar.
T.The restaurant serve higher end food for higher end prices. Restaurant food is excellent, activity packs to keep kids happy while waiting for food are a nice touch and make a big difference. It's nice to stay in a hotel that is not a generic chain type of resort.

A.Fantastic location for the airport and Middlemore hospital. Strange that the older rooms are bigger, cheaper, and closer to reception and the restaurant etc. while the newer conference rooms are smaller, more expensive and not as well stocked. Unfortunately the room service food was very average.

A.We got room 243. If you are a light sleeper then don't get a room close to this. There were plumbing noises every few minutes all night and a big outside heat pump unit droning away. The rooms are basic and clean and breakfast dining options ok. Other rooms may not have the noise issue

I.Stayed here for one night after flying in to New Zealand prior to touring the country. They had some nice touches in the kids room and the Wi-Fi was 2 gigabytes every 24 hours for up to 5 devices so it was great for backing up travel photos so far.
