From when we first met with Kate it was clear she had our backs. She was always available to answer questions and keep us on track, I was fairly organized throughout the process but it was so reassuring to have someone that knew what they were doing keeping an eye on things. She saved the day, during the only time on the planning process I cried. We had got our engagement pictures back and they were not what we had been expecting. Kate swung into action at 9.30pm and had messages out to a bunch of photographers that she knew to be amazing. With her help we were able to lock in the most wonderful photographer. On the day Kate managed everything seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about anything I just had to relax and enjoy my wedding. Everything just happened, the venues were checked, cake fixed, decor moved from one venue to the other our guests taken care of. We also had the pleasure of Steph aiding Kate close to our wedding, what the power team they are! I can only imagine how much more wonderful they are now. If you are planning your wedding you need Kate and her team.

Absolutely loved the service Kate and the team provided. I couldn't recommend Collective Concepts enough. The day brought it's fair share of challenges with rain, and constant pivots and changes, but Kate and the team were more than happy to work with us and went over and beyond what we originally agreed on. Kate, Steph and the team at Collective Concepts were essential to making our magical wedding day happen. When you're the event manager for an event manager, there's extra pressure, but Kate won me over early on by promising to pour the right wine to suit the right guests (particularly me) and taking on the role of "decoy" to make sure the bride and groom had as relaxed a day as possible focusing on their wedding. I couldn't have done it without Kate & Steph being there during the planning to reassure me, bolster me up, and gently move me to the next step. On the day, Kate kindly reminded me of what's next, removed me from unnecessary conversations and confiscated my phone - what a legend! I know that like ducks paddling madly under water, there was so much done behind the scenes, but all I saw was my amazing wedding day run like clockwork. Thank you so much Kate & team.

We purchased an amazing experience and Kate and her crew put it all together. Leading up to the event Kate was great with communicating everything and keeping me up to date. Daniel & I have been absolutely blown away by the dedication & professionalism by the team at Collective Concepts. We engaged Collective Concepts for a Wedding Day Coordination Package - and we simply couldn’t have had our perfect day without them! Kate was so quick to respond to any questions or provide general support throughout our wedding planning journey, which played a huge part in selecting vendors & planning our day. The ‘Wedding Planning Toolkit’ Kate provided was so helpful for things from budgeting to reminders! Our on the day coordinator was Alice, who was simply an angel. She literally ran everywhere to make sure everything ran smoothly, catered to everyone’s needs & even made sure we had food given to us when we went away for photos! We also included the Event Bar Staff package to serve drinks on the day. Steph was just incredible, all our guests wanted to know her name as she was so helpful & made sure everyone was looked after. Daniel & I simply don’t know how people have weddings without you guys! We’re so thankful for all your hard work into making our day perfect.

After cancelling our Bali wedding due to covid, we saw Collective Concepts advertising their “All For Love Bespoke Wedding Packages”. We enquired straight away and began the planning process with Kate. From our first meeting, we knew that we were putting our wedding into the very best of hands. Long story short Collective Concepts is an outstanding organisation and worth every cent. When we booked the on the day planning we assumed that it would be some phone calls and help on the day but it was so much more than that, Kate was constantly checking in with us in the lead up, dealing with any strange vendor requests and making sure the day was going to be perfect. We cannot tell you how awesome it is just to show up to your wedding and know it's going to run to plan. We can't imagine trying to organize people showing up and vendors calling you while youre trying to get ready for your own wedding! Kate was truly amazing, she ensured our wedding ran perfectly and even helped us reorganise everything with constant covid restrictions coming up - with this current unknown covid environment id recommend collective concepts should be compulsory for any wedding!! Kate helped us change and make things still great many times with changing covid restrictions/plans. (See what I mean about not just being there on the day!). Kate had a backup plan for everything and always had great vendors she could refer us to. I have had multiple messages from vendors giving their thanks for being such a great wedding (one quoting it was the best event he'd ever done and was grateful Kate organized food) and this is a true testament to Kate and the team. We can honestly say our wedding wouldn't have gone perfectly if it wasn't for Kate and the team. Thank you so much for the best day of our lives.

Kate was amazing to work with, she organised the most amazing pop up party at my house for a hens do, with very minimal input required from me, it was so easy, Kate outdid herself in every aspect, the catering and staging was fantastic.
