A.Had a fantastic day celebrating our Wedding at Trents. Max and the team were super attentive and nothing was a problem, the day went off without a hitch. The food was all amazing, the only problem was that I couldn't fit any more. It was everything we could have hoped for
C.Beautiful wedding venue if you like rustic. Delicious food (except for the aphids on my mint on top of dessert!). Would highly recommend this venue for medium sized wedding. Lovely outdoors area and lots of photo spots. Mens toilets only outdoors bit cramped and not great if raining. The younger servicers didn't always seem to know what they were doing but generally staff friendly. Lovely at night when fairy lights in garden and gas heaters outdoors were most welcome. Would be for summer weddings only.
C.I first visited Trents for my brother's wedding October 2010 and loved it! It's beautiful, the staff are lovely and I'm getting married there myself in March 2022. Would highly recommend to anyone getting or looking for a function venue 😊
A.This wedding venue is lovely. The staff are attentive, nothing is too much trouble, and talk about a BEAUTIFUL location! We were concerned about the renegade doves but that added a delightful flair to the whole occasion. Stunning.

M.Elyse and I had an absolute blast at Trents for our wedding. After 4 attempts (due to COVID) we finally made it to Trents for our wedding. Max, London and the team were super professional, reliable and made our day one to remember. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and their communication was amazing. C.Lovely intimate wedding venue. A great facility for photos too. Professional organisers who listen to what you want and are very accomodating. My only complaint is the long driveway with potholes and uneven terrain that can be rough on wedding cars.
T.It was such a beautiful day and Amanda and Sue made it so easy. Amanda made me feel confident everything would be exactly as we wanted and the whole process was really enjoyable.
The venue is just superb. It is a little haven and we had both the ceremony and reception there. Amanda entertained the children guests in between with lawn games which was just adorable. The Food was amazing. All my guests were raving about it for weeks after (or months for some). A lot of our friends said it was one of the BEST weddings they've ever attended. HIGHLY recommended.
F.Fantastic venue and staff. As a business, we have worked at Trents numerous times since 2011 and have found the staff and service always on point and the venue itself very well cared for. The grounds themselves have so many perfect areas for photos (our favourite is the pond and outside by the entrance into the reception area). It is always a pleasure, and we always hear such great things about the food and service from all of our clients.

D.My wife and I were married here on the 2nd of January 2016. Trent's vineyard is such a beautiful wedding location and it was so lovely to have our wedding there. Amanda (the wedding coordinator) took care of the day and how it was run which meant we could simply enjoy the day with no stress! Our table decorations were all set up for us which was so nice not to have to worry about!! The food was amazing! Honestly the best food we have ever had at a wedding (no bias!). We definitely recommended for events and weddings!
C.We had a wonderful wedding at Trents on a Sunday, the setting was wonderful and everything went so smoothly which is a credit to Amanda and the staff. Nothing was a problem and anything that we asked for happened quickly and without fuss. Amanda is the ideal wedding coordinator calm, efficient and accomodating plus her team were all very friendly and seemed genuinely share our joy. Additionally we had many comments from our guests on how delicious the food was.
J.We had our wedding at Trents in October and it's such a beautiful location! The weather was amazing, the daffodil field was in full bloom and full leaves on the trees! Amanda was excellent help while we were planning the wedding, able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to make our day better than we could have imagined! Trents also helped to meet our "no sit down meal" and created bowl service / continuous substantial nibbles all evening for our guests to enjoy - we've had some many comments back on the fantastic food and service! Thank you all so much!!
M.Trents was a fantastic place to have my wedding. Amanda and the rest of the staff were excellent. They helped us set everything up when we were starting to panic and they were extremely knowledable. The day went by without a hitch and it came down to the staff at Trents. The food was great, the staff were absolutely top knotch and professional and the whole day was just beautiful. Would definitely recommend it for your wedding day.
S.My wife and I were married late November 2015. The day went without a hitch, we were staring down the barrel of a rainy day but come 3.00pm in the afternoon the skies cleared and it was perfect.
The venue is an old white plastered brick retired winery surrounded by luscious trees, fields, vines and scattered with old relics which create wonderful photo opportunities. Our favourite was the two barn trucks located in the opposing fields.
The service was great, all requests were catered for and the food was beautiful. All an all a great memorable day and would highly recommend the venue to anyone.

J.Wonderful wedding venue!! Our reception was late October 2013. Our guests can't stop raving about the food and atmosphere. The afternoon began with canapés and drinks on the lawn, alongside the fountain and resident doves. We opted for the Gourmet BBQ buffet. There was so much to choose from and everything tasted divine! The wedding coordinator Amanda was just lovely and was there the whole night to make sure everything went well!
S.There is nothing that i would change about our day at Trents.
The vibe of the entire property was just something special.
Amanda and the team are beyond fantastic. They made the day run so smoothly and nothing was a problem whether it was answering the many emails we sent prior to the day, setting up or changing things on the day.
We even turned up the following day to all of our items packed neatly away for us to collect.
The food, everyone raved about! It was delicious.
We will be highly recommending this venue to anyone, especially to friends that are getting married as we would love to come back as guests.
N.Wow - what an amazing venue!! We have been looking at venues in Christchurch over the past couple of years and Trents was the only one that ticked all the boxes. When a last minute cancellation came up for Easter Sunday 2016 we snapped it up, despite only having 9 weeks to organize everything! Amanda was absolutely incredible, always replying straight away to my messages and emails, and always so accommodating to our requests! The day was superb - the venue, decorations, food and photo opportunities all outstanding. Our guests are still raving about it! We had the best day ever - it was worth the wait - having been engaged 11 years!!!

It’s such a beautiful venue but what really makes it special is the phenomenal staff. Nothing was too much. Elouise was there every step of the way with guidance, answering my endless questions and never made me feel like anything was a bother. Some people really have such an impact on your big day and thanks to Elouise and her team it was such a stress free relaxed and beautifully happy day for us. My family and friends have raved nonstop about the venue, food and staff. You could not find better value and I’m so so happy I picked Trent’s for my wedding. Thankyou again to all of you!
A.Trent's Vineyard in Christchurch is the perfect venue for weddings or any function. The food is amazing, the staff or awesome, and the facilities are tops. They do such a wonderful job going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your special day is perfect. Our daughters wedding was beautiful. I highly recommend Trent's Vineyard.
