Absolutely amazing experience!! The staff were incredible,tending to our every need and making the whole experience an absolute dream. I'll keep this short and sweet by saying a definite and easy 10/10. Nice work team,loved every minute 👏

From the beginning we knew Waipuna Estate would be the most amazing place for our wedding, and we weren’t wrong! Waipuna was the only venue we looked at, and we fell in love with is straight away. We absolutely loved the beautiful views, the fact that we were able to stay the night before and the night of our wedding, the great relationships Sarah had with different vendors, and of course the most amazing staff! Sarah, Fee, Tammi and their fantastic team went above and beyond to ensure my now husband and I, and all our guests had the best experience and the most incredible wedding. Thank you so so much. There was never anything that the team wouldn’t do for us and our bridal party. We can’t wait to Come back! Thanks again!

Waipuna Estate was the only wedding venue we visited. From the moment we walked in, met Sarah and saw the view, we knew we didn't need to look anywhere else. The whole place is magical and has a peaceful and serene feeling. Sarah and the team are so welcoming and highly organised. A huge added bonus for us was that the three resident alpacas attended our ceremony. It made for a completely unforgettable experience given we are both HUGE alpaca lovers! We hope to be back for many anniversaries to come!

We enjoyed our 10 year anniversary at Waipuna a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it was the perfect venue! From the viewing appointment up until the very last moment the Waipuna team were so welcoming, accomodating and made us feel part of the family! It’s a beautiful venue with an even more beautiful team of staff who ensured our day went to plan. We could not have had a more perfect turn out thank you to the whole team at Waipuna xx

Thank you Waipuna Estate (Sarah, Merv and the rest of the lovely team) for hosting our wedding in April. From the first meeting with Sarah, no questions was too silly or irrelevant. In fact it was Sarah's knowledge of different vendors, her enthusiasm and wealth of experience was the reason why we chose Waipuna (and of course the bloody awesome views). The venue was perfect for our 70 odd guests, all who were blown away with the views and birdsong. A bellbird even started to sing at the beginning of our ceremony; perfect! Thinking of getting married here, then stay an extra night to have the whole venue to yourselves. A simple luxury and we'd recommend it.

I love Waipuna Estate! Having been here for several corporate events, I decided to host my 40th birthday party here. Sarah was so easy to deal with, organising platters of food, letting us in hours before the event for decorating, and just being a great host in general. A small group of us stayed the night and got treated to a cooked breakfast in the morning - and by the time we got up for breakfast at 9, all the party evidence from the previous night was cleaned away already! Beautiful views out to the alps on a clear day and such a gorgeous location. We'll be back!

We had our wedding here and it was truly the most perfect venue. All our guests raved about the location, the ceremony was held on the lawn with the most picturesque back drop, we had bellbirds singing throughout and ceremony and the alpaca even walked past, which everyone loved! Then later in the day we were treated to a sunset followed by a night sky been able to see the lights over Rolleston and Lincoln! The staff were so attentive, helpful and nothing was a problem at all, they made the day stress free for us and all our guests, putting out the lawn games after the ceremony, getting our cake out of the box and even helping me undo my dress at the end of the night, nothing was a problem for them and I was so thankful to have them on hand which took away alot of my stress. Another huge benefit to this venue is the rooms, both me and my husband were able to get ready here and he didn't even see me in my dress before I walked down the aisle. They were so flexible allowing my brother to put his 1 year old in one of the rooms for his afternoon nap meaning he could stay longer ( I don't think any other venue would be able to offer this) ! it really is the most magical place for a wedding!

Fantastic views. Venue was lovely for a small, intimate wedding. Staff were fantastic - especially accommodating special meal requirements (dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, grain free) - 5 stars for that! Only 1 toilet for all the females wasn't ideal, would have been nice to have even one more to reduce queues. Location meant most people drove, not sure how taxis would go picking up from there at the end of the evening.

Attended my Daughter's wedding there. Pleasant venue, great views, friendly and helpful staff. Drive up was a challenge for some, but well worth it for the views :).

Amazing view, beautiful room and friendly owner. Located on the top of the hill. We spotted running rabbits on the way here.

Absolutely stunning wedding venue, with beautiful views. Merv & Sarah have been fantastic to work with.

The owners were fantastic , so organised and on the ball , I would absolutely suggest any event here , it's got everything ..

Hands down the best place we stayed this trip, many amenities that we couldn't find at +$400 hotels, and the space is breath taking, bring enough food for a couple days and just unwind
