This place was just perfect for a wedding with heaps of room for lots of people, the staff were great and the food was awesome.i recommend staying in one of the glamping tents.

Stunning wedding venue. Good number of beds, could be better with another ablutions block but still worked well with full occupancy. The hosts are absolutely amazing and attended to all details. Would definitely choose to use this venue.

Amazing place! Went here for a wedding, awesome big spacious place, meals where outstanding and we Even did clay bird shooting on site. Accommodation was a little bit small and cramped but after a few beers I didn't mind....

I wish there was a ten star option because River Ridge Retreat is a slice of heaven. We were very blessed to be able to have our wedding at this venue and the day was absolutely perfect. Adele , Gary and the team are all such amazing, genuine people who will go above and beyond any of your expectations.

Was a nice spot to go and help celebrate a family members wedding. The people were nice and the food was good. We got the chance to experience the glamping tents which we enjoyed. It provided a great backdrop for the ceremony.

Beautiful setting in Catlins. Options of many bush walks canoe / kayaking etc. Lovely venue with good facilities. Accommodation options varied including glamping with a couple of powered sites available..

A beautiful place in a superb location. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Even though it was winter I found the accomodation snug and warm.

Amazing facility with extremely helpful staff to go with it. Nothing is ever a problem. Food delicious. The setting brings you right back with nature!
