A.Awesome slide the kids had an absolute blast. Amanda and Caleb where great to deal with, really helpful with awesome communication. Will defiantly be using again if we have another bounce castle party and would happily recommend!
J.We hired a large princess bouncy castle for our daughter's birthday party this weekend. HypedUp were easy and pleasant to communicate with.
The weather this weekend was variable and we were advised if we or they needed to cancel due to the weather we would receive a full refund, which was reassuring. Fortunately the weather played the part and the kids were able to enjoy themselves. We would strongly recommend HypedUp for anyone considering hiring a bouncy castle in the area!

The prices are very reasonable and the staff were amazing to deal with, They had the castle dropped off well on time and set up for us too! j.Excellent customer service and a great selection of bouncy castles to choose from. This was also the easiest bouncy castle I've booked online compared to the other 2 companies I've previously used. We had the castle delivered and picked up again at the end of the day, the two people that did this were super friendly and perfectly on time! I'll be using Hyped Up again!

B.Super easy service! Kids Loved the day with the castle. Easy and compact enough to pickup ourselves. My two year old was even able to sneakretly switch it off and when it collapsed turn it back on as we all rushed to assist!! Are going to rebook for later in the year! Thanks guys!

C.We hired the large inflatable slide and the little bouncy castle although there was a little hiccup trying to get castle through the gate with a little man power it got through I’d highly recommend hyped up bouncy castles to any of my friends and family.They were very punctual reasonably priced ,easy to approach and not shy to have a conversation. All the kids enjoyed their time playing on the castles and were very sad to see them go in the future I plan to hire bouncy castles again thank you very much hyped up

We have no issues and everything was made easy from hiring to information to pick to set up instructions to drop off. We will definitely use Hyped Up again.

i must say that at no point was ANYTHING an issue, from the moment i booked to the moment it was delivered to pickup up afterwards.
the castle was worth every dollar spent, it was a perfect size for 15 rowdy kids, that had a BLAST, non stop all day.
The castle was clean and in great order, with no issues, is to inflate and look after.
to see so many excausted kids (actually asking to if its time to go home becuase they were tired) made it worth EVERY DOLLAR!!!!.
would i recommend? IN A HEART BEAT!
would i use again? WITHOUT A DOUBT>

I.Unfortunately the two generators for the bouncy castle broke down but the two staff members that came to set up, were quick to find a solution and went out and hired another generator.
They worked as fast as they could and communicated well and were very honest.
The initial contact when enquiring about the hireage was very prompt and appreciated.

l.The bouncy castle was really great and the service you provided was excellent. One thing you could do is maybe set something up so that the person who delivers and takes away the castle can get it on and off his vehicle more easily. We all really enjoyed the castle thanks.

S.Was an absolute hit with the young ones, hired the Pirate Castle and was very impressed with the size and how quickly and easily it was to set up and inflate, service was amazing with great communication all the way through and having them come pack it up at the end of the day was brilliant, I will 100% be hiring more castles off Hyped Up for many birthday to come yet, so much easier and so much cheaper than having it at an activity based venue even if you were to hire multiple castles.
