Acoustics need to be better not good parking uses need parking exemption but I quess that's up to the organizers

I went to the Conference ctr to see a rose show. Thankyou it was Magnificent.

Esk Valley degustation dinner catered by Absolute catering was a real winner. Excellent food, service & wines in a very pleasant place.

Quite a good venue for a conference. Good AV systems with not too many hiccups, and the on site tech staff dealt with issues well. The range of food was pretty good with enough variety to keep it interesting over a few days. The catering staff were efficient, although the servers didn't seem to have much knowledge of the dishes. It was a particularly warm week, but the air con kept up well. One thing that definitely needs attention though is the provision of drinking water. There was none available on arrival, it was only available downstairs when most of the sessions were upstairs, and ran out several times during the week.

Good venue with at least three well equipped spaces, one large fitting easily over 300 ppl, and two smaller spaces fitting less than 200. Great catering available and lots of clean bathrooms. Impress e. Parking not abundant but usually plenty free in surrounding cereal city streets, only a minute walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and Square.

Hosted a conference and dinner event here. The venue is very nice and in a nice location, the staff were very professional and helpful, and the catering was very much on-point (much better than other conference catering I've had in the past). Our needs were definitely met with the highest care. If I had to give some constructive feedback, I'd say that online correspondence could be more timely.

It was well lit and the area was clean and well fitted out with everything required for any occasion

The staff of this centre are awesome, especially the kitchen and wait staff who are always unsung heroes, they get on with their job quietly and efficiently. The food can often make or break an event, but you would have no worries here.

The catering for our event was great; fabulous food. The rooms were nicer than I remember too, they must have done a facelift since my last event there.

I attended a late avo hui here where we got 'called' into the building - like onto a marae. Reasonably large air conditioned conference area downstairs and upstairs. Clean bathrooms. Can be accessed from two streets. There's plenty of all day $1.50 per hour street parking nearby. In a central location & near to local eateries if you are not using in house catering. If you are using their catering be warned as they were a bit slack on not keeping up with hot water and cold water refills

Attended the launch of the Te Awa Community Foundation, funded in part by Sir Stephen Tindall. Great food and drinks and the service staff are very helpful.
