Love this place. A great layout and everything is there. Very clean and the manager is super helpful and totally organised. Lots of space, a good kitchen and large back of bar area so easy to setup. With the bonus of an apartment upstairs available to rent for the night. Highly recommend as a venue for any function including weddings.

Such a lovely stay at Victory 1. Have stayed on two occasions. The first time with a group of friends for two nights, and the second time with the whole family (including my parents) - there's just that much room! Beautiful open space in main living area with modern industrial feel, and 5 bedrooms. With two shower/toilet rooms (essential when you are staying as a crowd). Well equipped kitchen. Good communication too - we had a little leak the second time when we stayed and it was sorted quickly. Really friendly hosts. Highly recommend - I will be booking again!

We used Victory Venue and both associated Victory apartments for a three day work function. The Venue is trendy, upbeat and tidy and provided all we needed (space, technology and equipment, catering facilities). A fabulous asset to the city-center.

Victory hosted the launch event for ManawaTech (~120 people). Food was amazing (so many different tasty things). Tech infrastructure worked well (sound system, data projector, wifi). Building and fit out are classy: tidy, interesting, comfortable, well suited to purpose. Had an excellent time. Highly recommended.

Amazing Venue and Karin was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process as the dates kept getting effected by Covid. I am very appreciative and would 100% recommend the Victory.

I recommend this place, beautiful service everyone had a blast 🙂 can't complain cause it was the most perfect place to have our baby boys birthday. I would highly love to book again.

Gorgeous venue! and gorgeous apartments upstairs. Karin was fantastic to deal with, & made the nerves & organizing for my 50th very easy! She was always willing to help & meet us a few times at the venue to look at other things. Thank u for making my 50th a fantastic night Karin :)
