Shane was extremely easy to deal with, and made the whole process so simple and easy (which is what you need when planning a wedding during COVID!). We had a great experience with Event Essentials. Though we ended up cancelling our booking, we found that the pricing was great and included free delivery to our venue (castaways). Shane was fast at responding and very friendly. After a change of wedding plans we emailed to cancel the booking and he refunded our deposit with no problems. We really appreciate it, thank you Shane!
